Great folks here at Maple Garage! Found a leak in my tire valve stem, stopped by, and they were able to squeeze me in near closing. They also performed an inspection and found that another valve stem needed repair. Super friendly staff, quick service, and reasonable prices. Glad I found this place. Will be back again soon - thank you!

Great experience overall. The staff was honest, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. Fair pricing and quality service — has been my preferred repair shop for many years! Highly recommend!

Their poor communication skills and inaccurate job completion estimate cost me over $75 in unexpected transportation cost, panic and anxiety, and potential punitive consequences from my work. My car was having difficulty starting, so for fear of not being able to restart it if I turned it off, I drove it directly to their shop from my work (I’m a flight attendant, and Denver Airport kinda sucks to travel to and from, even on a good day). After 2hrs of waiting in there shop, I was told that the starter needed to be replaced which was a repetitively easy fix and should take about an hour. I confirmed with them that they’d let me know when it was finished, and my friend picked me up to grab food. However, they never contacted me. Two and a half hours later, on the third call I made, while I was leaving a voicemail, someone angrily pickup and said my car wasn’t finished and I’d need to pick it up in the morning. The garage was now locked and closed, with my car in it, and my luggage and passport still in the trunk. Queue panic. He told me he’d come in early to finish it, which I was incredibly grateful for, and told him as much, since I needed to leave for the airport no later than 7:20am. But he never showed. I waited out in the cold rain at 6:45am hoping that maybe if someone showed up then I could at least get my luggage and passport out of the car, which was locked in their garage. I will never be returning to this garage nor would I ever recommend it. I was given two different times that the car would be finished, and for both instances there was no communication on their part. And I was left confused and scrambling to try to make it to work on time or I’d face punitive measures from my company that would go on my record. Had there been any notifications, updates, or basic information on the condition of my car then I would have been able to plan better transportation that wouldn’t have cost me $75 (which I could barely afford after the surprise starter expenses for my car), I would have been less panicked, and I wouldn’t have wasted my time and safety waiting outside in the cold rain in a part of town that isn’t really safe for young woman to be alone. I left voicemails and called 5 times throughout the day, none of which were picked up and answered. There was zero accountability or acknowledgment of any of the mixups they caused when I was eventually able to pick my car up two days later.

It saddens me to knock this rating down - I've been a long time customer of Maple and have taken multiple vehicles to them because I used to trust them. However when the brake caliper on one of my vehicles fell off on the freeway causing the vehicle to loose ALL brakes at 60+ mph right after they did work on it, I’m lucky my loved ones are still alive. I cannot exaggerate how catastrophic the consequences could have been and the shop was less than empathetic. They did look at the vehicle and correct their dire mistake, but not without causing even more distress.

Just discovered maple garage and it was refreshing to notice that they weren’t trying to rip me off like many car repair shops in the past have. I needed a number of things fixed on my car and the price was fair and the quality of work was amazing. Would recommend.

On July 22 2021 Maple Garage installed a serpentine belt on my 2014 Subaru Outback. On July 24 2021 said Subaru Outback was being driven in Ocala Florida and said serpentine belt was in pieces causing the vehicle to become inoperable. The location that the vehicle died in was filthy, full of used heroine needles, 97 degrees and unsafe. We were stuck there with our 6 year old daughter and two elderly dogs. In order to not be trapped in said location the car had to be towed to Ocala Subaru, and an Uber was used to travel to the dealership as well. July 16th 2021 the Ocala Subaru inspected the vehicle and they stated that the serpentine belt was installed incorrectly. We spoke with Matt at Maple directly after and I told him the best outcome is that they pay for the repairs. He agreed that they should pay. Long story short damage from the belt caused engine combustion failure and it is blown. We are out minimum 15K +. This caused my family hardship and we essentially lost a day of our first vacation in over a very tough year. I am seeking relief now for all the inconvenience and financial hardships my family went through.

I want to start this review by mentioning that we’ve taken our car to Maple for years. We briefly switched over to Christian Brothers but decided it was best to switch back to supporting small and local after the pandemic affected so many small businesses. This past Tuesday, we took our 2014 Subaru Outback in to have it serviced and inspected to ensure it would be in good working order for a long drive as we were moving and stopping for a quick family vacation on the way. The mechanic called and recommended that we replace the serpentine belt, and without question, we trusted that they would handle this with professionalism. We agreed to the repairs and $800 worth of work. Four days later on Saturday, our car broke down on the highway. While I 100% understand that no one is perfect and mistakes are sometimes made, we were stranded with no rental car companies or mechanics that were near our location. Our only option was to have the vehicle towed to the dealership that was 6 miles away, thus incurring over $110 in tow bills. On Monday morning the dealership called to go over the issues with the car stating the pulley system worked fine and all the hoses were in good working order. Diagnostic: improper belt placement. We called the shop and spoke with Matt. We asked for nothing other than the cover of the repairs. Even though they set us back DAYS and left our teenagers stranded at the airport because we couldn’t get to them to pick them up. We were not unreasonable with a request for the final repair, which was $321. They only refunded us for the cost of the belt which is really unfair considering the insurmountable amount of money we’ve spent/lost due to their faulty work. They lack professionalism and accountability. We care about our neighbors so we would like to be as transparent as possible so you do not make the same mistake we did. It’s unfortunate when you try to support local with a lack of accountability.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY!!!!! I had recently replaced the steering linkage and control arms on my truck so I took it into Maple St Garage to get an alignment. I left the cam bolts and tie rod sleeves only hand tightened to make it easier for the mechanic to adjust and drove the 3 blocks to their shop. Fast forward 2 weeks and I noticed a rubbing sound coming from the front end. Turns out they didn't tighten any of the bolts. My cam bolt nuts were about to fall off, my steering linkage sleeve could be twisted by hand and the linkage was loose and wobbling. I'm just lucky my linkage didn't come loose on 6th ave. Completely negligent and lazy to the point of borderline criminal!

My second time in today. My battery died (due to the cold and also age) and they replaced it, identified and replaced my broken alternator, and were able to return my car back to me only 4 hours later. The online scheduling is very convenient — I actually scheduled my appointment yesterday. It might be a slower time of the year, but the efficiency of the service was remarkable. They also included a 3-year warranty for my new parts — I don’t know if that’s standard, but it is absolutely appreciated regardless. Everyone here that I’ve interacted with has been incredibly friendly and approachable. I believe it was someone named Dimitri who helped me today, and Matt on my first visit. Very grateful to have a shop local to me that I trust with my car. If I have any more issues in the future, I will certainly come back here.

Friendly & knowledgeable people- Jeremy and now Alicia, too. Great and fair prices! How often can you say that about a car mechanic? I found Maple Garage from a Groupon for an oil change four years ago. From then on they became my go to for all my car maintenance and repair. I like how Jeremy explains things to me and can tell he’s being honest and fair. He lets me know my back brakes are going to need to be replaced, but that I can wait for the next oil change. That gives me time to prepare. It was time for an oil change last week- with their synthetic oil it’s every six months or 6000 miles, whichever comes first. I hadn’t driven the 6000 miles yet but they wanted to check it out. The oil was not ready for a change, so they didn’t change it!! Yes! That’s what I mean by fair. I can tell when someone is trying to sell me something, but it really doesn’t feel like that here. They’re family owned, take care of me and have the best prices. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Run, don't walk! Took several years to find a garage we felt good about. Coming from NC & having used to same mechanic for 20 years, they were big shoes to fill, but the folx at Maple's took great care of us. As long as we're in the area, it's only Maple's for our family.

CAMERON. That's the one word you need to know... the one name you need to seek out. I've been going to Maple Garage virtually the entire time I've had my car: 8.15.2023 (from the Carvana tower at I-25 and Dalia) I can't we speak to the prices other than the fact that I don't feel I'm getting screwed. Because isn't that what we all fear when we take our car to the mechanic? I know I certainly do! Not only is it down the street from my apartment, which allows me to walk back once I drop it off, I also like that my baby is in good hands! U rock, C! Thanks for your unparalleled professionalism and service!

Very honest and fair-priced. I’ve been going here for a few years now and would recommend it to anyone. I’ve never been over-charged or pressured to do any work that I didn’t come in for. There’s a lot of peace of mind with being able to trust your mechanic and Maple Garage definitely gives you that
