Charged me for a diagnostic test but they don’t actually know what’s wrong with my vehicle. Been using this Firestone for over a couple years. Extremely disappointed seems like all new employees.

I had a frustrating experience last week and i expressed my concerns, and the manager, Keith, made the effort to call to apologize and make it right. In today's world, the accountability and effort to do the right thing goes a long way! I really appreciated that and will be returning for services.

Absolutely horrible. I had an appointment to have my transmission flushed they told two or two and a half hours to complete I come back 3 hours later no one speaks to me or asks if I’ve been helped I finally ask how much longer it’s gonna take they said they have to ask the tech that is working on it, I wait even longer and they tell me that they haven’t even started on it yet l. At this point they’ve had my vehicle for close to 6 hours. Needless to say the service I asked for didn’t get done. This place is a joke, horrible customer service and can’t get simple stuff done in timely manner.

I went in for an annual oil change and, after I left, found that my oil pan was leaking because the drain plug had been tightened too much, so I returned. Firestone immediately admitted their mistake and offered to fix it. It took a few days to get the problem solved, but after working with them, they did put me in a rental car as the part they were fixing needed to cure for about 16 hours. I appreciated them making things right with me.

Two days ago I brought my vehicle in for alignment. They called me half an hour after I dropped the vehicle off (I was waiting at the shop next-door) to tell me that they didn’t have the correct tools to do the job. So I came back today. Good thing the chairs in the lobby are semi-comfortable. At quarter after nine this morning they finally got my truck on the lift and started removing the lug nuts. My appointment was at 8 AM. The alignment should’ve been done by now. I suggest finding a different Firestone location. I’ve always had good luck with Firestone, I’ve never had good luck with this location.

It is 4:43PM. I was told to come in at 1:30PM for an oil change, got here at 1:20. It took over 2 hours to get my car into the garage. Another hour has passed and I was just told-after draining my oil-that they don’t have any filters that fit my car. Luckily I brought a filter I wanted to use in the first place. I told them this when I got here and it wasn’t a problem. Now we’re here and they won’t use it. Against store policy. I WOULDNT HAVE GOTTEN IT CHANGED HERE IF YOUD HAVE SAID THAT WHEN I ARRIVED WELL OVER 3 HOURS AGO. So I’m still waiting for them to bring one from another Firestone. Would you call this anything more than 1 star service?

This used to be my go-to shop for auto repairs. TL:DR Took car in, confirm my diagnosis on day 1. I authroized work, they Kept the car for extra 5 days, never called or updated me that they couldn't do the needed work. Dropped the car off on Friday morning for a bad oil leak. I suspected Rear Engine seal. I called them end of day Friday to see what the deal was. They confirmed my diagnosis, and told me they could fix it, but it would be about $1500, mostly in labor cause it's a PITA to do. Thats fine. They tell me the tech that works on this is off Sunday and Monday, so best case they could have it done Tuesday, worst case Wednesday, maybe Thursday. I male sure my schedule is clear and I can be without a car for that long. All good. Hear nothing Saturday. Sunday and Monday Tech is off. Tuesday, I call an hour before close to see what's going on. Oh the tech looked at it. Didn't touch it, just looked at it, and they can get it done. Ok, fine. Hear nothing Wednesday. Thursday, get off work, go in person at 5pm. My car is sitting on the ground, hood closed, I thought this was a good sign. Nope. Turns out they need an engine winch to do the work. Tech wasn't even there. He apparently told the store manager to give me a call to tell me, which also never happened. I will be avoiding this Firestone in the future, which sucks cause they were one of the better ones in the area.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and now that Robert has taken over I feel even more confident that they are taking care of my car. They are professional and cut out the fluff and BS that most places give you. Thank you guys!!

Went to get tire fixed. Did a quote online which told me it would be $101 went the next day and asked for price, which they then in person told me it would cost $266. I then had my step dad call to ask why it was so much for 1 tire and they told him they had “accidentally” pressed the button for an oil change on top of the price for the tire change. Make sure you know what they are charging you for.

Kellan was fantastic! It was easy to make my appointment on the phone and when I arrived Kellan was very friendly, helpful and efficient. My vehicle was serviced promptly and I was kept up to date on progress. This is my usual store and having employees like Kellan is a big part of that. Thanks for empowering your employees to provide excellent customer service!

Worst experience ever. I scheduled my appointment on Monday for Friday at 8:00 a.m. I arrived 15 minutes early. By 9:30 a.m., my truck still had not been brought into the shop. When I asked, I was told it would be another 40 minutes to an hour. By 11:30 a.m., my truck still had not been taken in. They made me waste my entire morning sitting there. If they had told me from the beginning that it would take half a day or several hours, I could have decided whether to stay or leave. Instead, there was no clear communication and no respect for my time. I eventually left. Poor organization and zero respect for the customer’s time. I do not recommend this place.

Bad experience all around. I called two days in advance to schedule an appointment and was told scheduling wasn’t necessary—I could just bring the vehicle in. When I arrived on Sunday, they seemed surprised that I didn’t have an appointment and were unsure if they could complete the work. I told them that was fine and that they could keep the vehicle for the full day and get to it when they were able. After an entire day passed with no update, I reached out for a status. It took several minutes for them to even identify which vehicle of mine was in the shop. I was then told the work would be completed around noon. Later, I received a call saying they couldn’t fit the vehicle into their bays and therefore couldn’t do the work at all. That’s understandable—but this should have been communicated much sooner so I could have taken the vehicle elsewhere. What really shocked me was that they charged my fleet account as if the work had been completed, even though nothing was done. This was a complete waste of time and resources. Would not recommend.

My car was way overdue for service because I have been dreading bringing it in due to the previous manager. Robert is the new store manager and he is amazing! Empathetic, kind, caring, professional, understanding and efficient. The whole store has a different and better vibe. Its such a breath of fresh air. I hope he is here for a long time! Thank you, Robert for making my whole day better!

2. The store has a new manager and he seems like a good guy and he knows what he’s doing— his name is Robert. He purchased a new access door to my oil filter and drain plug and I believe he’s going to shape up this Firestone. So, I’m changing my original 1 stars review to 4 stars. If you start seeing a lot of great reviews after this one it’s because of Robert and you should give them a try. 1. Terrible experience on my oil change. I made an online appointment for noon and had my car there on time. Left it there because the manager said it would probably be several hours. Went back at 5:30 and the car was up on the rack and not finished. Finally let around 6:15. The car dripped oil for a couple of days so I jacked it up and found the drain plug loose. Tightened the plug and stopped the leak. Noticed the access plate to the oil filter and drain plug was missing. Went back and told the manager about the missing part and was told there wasn't much they could do and that it probably fell off. BULL! The part is $18 and they could have just handed me the money. They offered 30% off of my next oil change and I said I was never coming back so that would not work. The store manager said he would have a regional manager call me and I still have heard nothing and don't expect to. Here are the steps in an oil change. 1. Drain the oil without making a mess. 2. Insert and fully tighten the drain plug. 3. Remove and replace the oil filter and make sure the seal is lubricated and the filter is tight. 4. Fill the engine with the correct type and weight of oil in the proper amount without spilling oil all over the engine. 5. Replace the oil filler cap and make sure it's tight. 6. Start the engine and check for leaks. 7. Install the oil filter access plate. It's pretty simple folks and they missed 2 out of 7. It seems insane to me that a store manager can't give me all the car parts I came in with. I'm 73 and was a professional mechanic in my younger days so I know what I'm talking about. I was hoping I was done changing my own oil but I guess if you want it done right, do it yourself.
