I cannot recommend the folks at Community Auto Repair enough. We've gone to them for a major repair after an accident, as well as routine oil changes. Every member of their staff is kind and welcoming, and willing to explain everything to you, and answer any questions you have. They go above and beyond in their customer service; recently, one of our cars was damaged in a hit-and-run accident. We brought the car to them, they checked it out, and let us sell it off their lot. They've also offered to inspect any used cars we're considering to ensure we're making a good purchase. Ishmael and his staff are straight shooters, super knowledgeable, and will truly make you feel like family. We've had experiences with other mechanics (cough, Midas, cough) who are clearly trying to overcharge for parts and constantly finding things wrong with our car where there are none. Community Auto has the best mechanics in Denver! Don't go anywhere else!

This has honestly been one of if not the best shop I have ever worked with! I had an engine swap done on my 1988 4runner along with an alternator, distributor, power steering pump, and a power steering gear box done. Alyssa and Ken were both extremely helpful keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process with pictures and videos of the new engine. On top of all this I received a same day quote and text messages for approval on each step of the project. In total after all the parts had arrived it took about a week to get my runner back to me running perfect! I will be coming back for more work in the future.

First time in. Was referred. Some weird $1400 valve was the issue. They called Subaru and found it was under warranty. That's old school service you don't expect any more. Getting the valve replaced under warranty but headed straight back to CAR for the rest of the job. Couldn't be more surprised and happy.

I went there because my daughter lives close and I was visiting from Texas. They ran a diagnostics for me for free because maintenance needed light came on and they put on my windshield wipers I had in my trunk and filled up my wiper fluid for free. They are such nice guys. I gave their contact information to my daughter. She has an old car as well. They made sure I got back home safe and sound.

Excellent service, no complaints! I have taken my car here twice so far. The first time, I needed a couple of new parts and some routine maintenance done, plus an oil change. The service was very quick and efficient with perfectly reasonable pricing. The second time I took it there, they were able to deduce the source of my issue came from my windshield. They couldn’t fix the glass themselves, but were able to quote me same day for new windshield from a nearby provider. They gave me a report explaining the issue, but didn’t charge me for this inspection and report, which was really nice. I had a technician come from a glass company to look at my windshield, and they essentially confirmed the issue was exactly what these folks at Community Auto said it was. Even though Community couldn’t fix the glass themselves, they quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue so I could get it fixed in a timely manner. Efficient and honest service with respectable pricing, not much more you can ask from your mechanic! I will be bringing my car back here when I next need service

As a woman, I've never experienced them taking advantage of me AND they provide a free driving service if it is within 5 miles (it's saved me Uber fees multiple times!!).
