I have never been disappointed with service at any Jiffy Lube and will continue to go back. Yesterday, I went to the store on Leetsdale, because my check engine light came on. They indicated there was an issue with the temperature gauge, but didn’t have the parts readily available, so they referred me to this Jiffy Lube on Mountview, just a short distance away. The techs took a closer look and determined that I would not need all of the parts the other store recommended. (I think the other store would have determined the same after they disassembled everything; I don’t think they were trying to upcharge me - I think sometimes you don’t know exactly what’s needed until you get your hands dirty.) It took a bit longer than expected for them to get the parts while I waited on site, but they made sure to wrap everything up, even though it was after closing time. I would not have been upset if I needed to come back the next day, but I really appreciate that they stayed to make sure that the job was complete. Until last year, I have always had my car serviced at the dealership, but current circumstances make that very difficult. In the three or four times that I’ve gone to a Jiffy Lube, I have found everyone to be helpful and friendly, and I now prefer going there.

They didn’t use a crush gasket when charging the oil on a 4 cyl turbo. I had an oil leak that caused me to pay for it again. When they put my car on the rack the metal tore a chunk out of my passenger side front tire. Causing me to buy all new tires as it is awd. I am never using jiffy lube again.

I work nearby and work a lot. This is by far the easiest place for me to change my oil while I’m at work. I’ve popped in twice to do it. Everyone I come here they got an attitude. You gotta be able to trust people working on your car. Can’t trust people with bad attitudes.

WARNING: dishonest and bad technicians. I went in for a routine oil change. Towards the end, they told me there was a leak and I needed a new oil pan, which they could replace right then for $700. They said it was a “known issue” so I assumed it was a tiny leak, since before this, I had never noticed any oil spots in my driveway. I said I would think about it. The next day, the parking spot was covered in oil that had leaked out since they changed the oil. Either this was a purposeful scam, or they made a huge mistake that they tried to cover up as an existing issue. If they can’t do a normal oil change or be honest, please don’t trust them to work on your car.

I recently inherited my car from my Dad. I took care of it (and him) while he had cancer. Now that he has passed, it has gone to me. He lived in another state and I took his car to Jiffy Lubes in his state previously. My dad’s name and contact details were on record with the Jiffy Lube network, but they were helpful to switch to mine. The technician who helped (Demetrius or Damaris I think - it started with a D) was super helpful. In the inspection during the oil change, he let me know that my brake fluid reservoir was empty and even had fallen down. He recommended a brake fluid change (but I had already recently had one done at another location in a different state relatively recently). Although his location was not the cause of the issue, he made sure they took care of it. I declined the fluid exchange, but they still topped me off for free and bolted the plastic reservoir on for me as well. They honored my coupon and were straightforward and not pushy. Great experience! I will definitely return again.

Brought in our Dodge Hornet & Mercedes C300 for oil changes, both in & out within ~30 mins total. Team was super friendly, called out a couple other maintenance items to keep our eyes on without pressuring to fix immediately. Doc was great & made sure everything we came in for was taken care of. We were also able to use a coupon on the Jiffy Lube website for $27 off each oil change (until 3/25/26). Have brought other vehicles here previously without any issues, will continue to come back!

The team at Jiffy Lube walked me through all the manufacturer recommended services and gave me cost and options in real-time. Upon inspection, the team noticed my brakes were essentially non-existent, and I am supremely thankful they did! We were able to talk through all the options for getting my vehicle back into safe and healthy operation.
