Loris & Eddie's provided me with the best experience I've ever had at an auto repair shop. As a young woman who knows nothing about cars, I am always nervous to go to mechanics alone because most mechanics take advantage of my ignorance. But Loris & Eddie's provided a safe space where you can tell the staff genuinely care about you and your safety. There was no manipulation and upselling, just amazing service and amazing work. I highly recommend Loris & Eddie's! I went here for some body work after my friend recommended them. I went to two other places for quotes and just felt most comfortable working with Loris. Loris is super nice and professional. He explained everything that they would do so that I fully understood the work being done. My car looks good as new and way cleaner than when I brought it in! Today I just went in for a car oil change, and they have been so wonderful and understanding and fast! Especially Loris, he has been super kind & understanding, giving out great customer service, attended to my car needs, and he finished the oil change as fast and efficiently as possible! I have been searching for an alternative to the dealership which has become too expensive, and I’m so grateful to have found Loris and Eddie’s! I needed pretty extensive brake work done on my older SUV and they had it done in a day! Their price was on point and they were all super friendly! I appreciated that they didn’t give me a laundry list of “other things wrong” with my car at the end like the dealership would have. They are no-frills and it’s perfect! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Thoroughly pleased with my experience here. Communication from the shop was great and timely, and they even took the time to test drive the car after the repairs to make sure the issues were fixed. And a small detail that was kinda cool is when I walked in to get my car after dropping it off over the weekend, they remembered me and my car. Nice little personal touch of service that went a long way for me :)

Loris & Eddie's is the best shop I've been to ever in my life!!! I had some standard maintenance to do and everything was priced fair. The work was done quickly and Loris communicated everything during the process. As a woman I know enough about a car to be dangerous, usually when I go to a shop they'll try to oversell me on services...not here, it's amazing to find a mechanic that is honest and wants to make sure my car is well maintained. Best part about Loris (seriously, they are flipping awesome) is that I had just run into a bollard and dented my door. He was able to remove the dents to prevent damage inside the door assembly for the winter and can do the rest of the damage repair in the spring when I save up for the fix. I'm so blessed to have found such a great person! If you're looking for a honest, communicative, caring mechanic, this is the shop :)

Loris went above and beyond for me. I waited last minute before a big road trip and emissions testing and he got my car fixed up and ready to go. Loris and Eddie's went above and beyond for my car. My front brakes were smoking, and they were able to find the problem very quickly. Not only that, but they also noticed that the brakes on my back tires were also on the verge of breaking. They were so thorough and made sure that everything about my car was 1000%. They also regularly updated me with how my car was doing. It was overall a great experience and I will definitely bring my car back should I have the need.

Flew in from Utah to look at a car and Loris was able to get me in for a pre purchase inspection on a Saturday! Loris was extremely helpful and walked us through everything. He even brought us out into the shop to look at some leaks and even showed issues on the body. 1000% recommend this place and saved me from a massive headache. $118 for the inspection which is a bit more than other places but I highly recommend! You get what you pay for! Very thorough and extremely helpful!
