Two years ago this was the only place I’d get my stuff from. Now it’s a travesty. None of my warranties are being honored after the sale to the new owners. Buyers beware this is not the same honorable business it once was.

I was in Denver visiting and getting ready to travel back to CA where the leveling kit, wheels and tires were originally installed on my Tundra. There had always been a bit of a shimmy in the front end, specifically when two of the wheels were on the front. It wasn't consistent since more times than not it went away or I just ignored it. I just happen to be driving by when I saw the 4 Wheel Parts sign and thought I would stop in to see when the next available appointment would be (I was hoping for the next day which was Saturday). I should also mention they had closed 20 mins before I arrived and It was really a shot in the dark. Such a good group of folks telling me it would only take a few mins, which it did, as more than one tech and manager jumped on the project. Not only rotating the wheels, but I caught a glimpse of them doing a re balance of all 4 wheels and tires, which was a complete surprise. This is all just to make sure a 4 Wheel Parts customer was safe and comfortable for the trip home. I can not say enough about this shops integrity, first class techs, and managers, and all around great service. I'll see you all on my next trip out to CO, just this time I'll make and appointment.

The CV boots were leaking on my 4Runner, so I brought it here to have them replaced. I was informed both axles needed to be replaced. They completed the work relatively quickly, I paid and left. When I arrived home, the driver's side boot had already come off due to not being clamped down properly by 4WP. I live a 2 hour drive and over 100 miles away. I called twice and both times waited on hold for half an hour, only to be hung up on. While I finally got through to a real person, they agreed to overnight me a new axle, which I now need to install myself when I already paid these guys over $600 for extremely poor workmanship. Oh, and apparently $50 of that fee was for an XTREME warranty that I was never asked about or consented to. Take your business elsewhere.

Would buy parts from these guys again because their prices are great but working with their sales team was frustrating to say the least and they also talked to me like I"m 5 I have never put a set of tires on a Jeep before. I wanted to use a certain set of tires and 0 offset rims to go with the lift on my Grand Cherokee -- the same set up friends of mine and dozens of people online have been running without a problem --I was told by their salesman it wouldn't fit, when I told them others ran it without a problem they told me "They were lying and no way they would fit" when I simply asked why, he raised his voice and said "They won't fit, we're experts and work on these vehicles everyday"... Okay, sure my friend and dozens of others are "lying or not telling me the full truth". I ordered the tires and rims anyways knowing I wouldn't get a refund if they didn't fit, I acknowledged this. I asked them if they would be able to put them on the jeep for me and if I could set up an appointment. The salesman Chuck said "No appointment needed, just come in and we can mount them no problem" I thought this was weird because they're usually very busy, so I insisted on booking an appointment and again he told me I didn't need an appointment and I could just walk in. A few days later I FLY into Denver with plans to mount up the tires and head to the mountains for my gf's birthday. I get to 4wp and the salesman (he didn't give me his name, tall guy w/ black curly hair) literally laughed when I said I was told that I didn't need an appointment and told me NO ONE in Denver was going to be able to mount the tires for me on such short notice.... yeah okay no one in all of Denver can put on a set of tires. He also like all the others tells me the tires/rims won't fit my Jeep and arrogantly told me that I should just "take one tire/rim with me so that WHEN they don't fit I can just bring one back instead of 4". Ended up driving about 5 minutes down the street to a tire shop where they mounted, balanced all 4 tires/rims within the next 40 minutes. And GUESS WHAT all 4 tires fit perfectly, no rubbing and I spent the next 3 days driving trails with absolutely no problems. The only problem I had was with the attitude and customer service I received at 4wp. I'll buy parts here, but won't get these guys to do installs or appointments ever again from the "experts who work on these cars everyday" and won't hesitate to try to tell you that.

I don't know if it is correct to write this here as I bought it from 4wp's online store, but I am reviewing it from Japan. I was able to purchase products that were either unavailable or expensive in my country at a lower price. The products safely arrived in Japan, although there were a few minor errors, such as the omission of the room number or the accidental exclusion of some products from the shipment. Nevertheless, I'm not bothered by these small issues since all the products arrived safely. Moreover, I'm thankful for Brian D who patiently assisted me despite my limited English. All's well that ends well.

I called this location and Max answered the phone told me to hold I thought here we go again the waiting game,than Max got back on within a few minutes was VERY POLITE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL got me on with the store asst.manger August and he also Gave me all the information I needed to make my decision to buy FROM THIS LOCATION!!! THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP got my New Wheels and tires installed in a reasonable amount of time ! There is also a Waiting area with soda machine $1 also a munchies vending machine .they also have stuff for our toys.

Good store which is hooked to there warehouse. Busy most of the time. Customer service is good. Got my f250 hook up. They will come out and check out the truck to make sure u get the right part. There returns work well as long as u do not destroy the part. Staff knows what they are talking about. Like the shop so much also brought the charger in put some wheels on it. Did it in less then an hour.
