My wife sent our young daughter by this place and they didn’t tell her about their Diag fee, she never signed for any work to be done and they never put car ona rack before telling her she would need to pay $979.90 for Brake job and brake switch. When I called Gary the manager he said let him look at the ticket. He came back with a lower amount. However my daughter didn’t think it was right so she paid the diagnosis fee of $89.85. Please do not use these crooks that would do a young person this way!!

I was not satisfied with the service. I will not be returning back. Always trying to find a reason not to change your oil..I don't know if there tampering with you car to have you go next door to spend extra money. Please pay close attention to staff when they up under the hood of your car..Its a thumbs down for me..

They initially messed my oil change up, whoever changed my oil left out the filter and didn't put the drain plug back in. All of the oil leaked out and nobody realized. My car could have been messed up...I had to have it towed back to car care clinic and wait until the next day when they opened up tell them what has happened. They fixed the problems and gave me a free oil change but they need to be more careful and check behind them selves.

Took my niece car for a oil diagnostic @89.99 + tax, got her car back later and it's doing worse than when I took it. Of course when she returned the next day, it was stated they didn't do anything wrong😡😡😡.

We had a tire blowout on our way to Memphis on New Year’s Eve. We stopped here and they didn’t have a tire that would fit so they gave us a used tire that was slightly the wrong size just to get us home and didn’t charge us a thing. Very polite and kind people and they were committed to getting us back on the road even though it was 30 minutes before closing on a holiday. Thank you!

. My Daughter used this business today, ended up on the side of the highway afterwards, oil change price was too high and say they checked services on your receipt, but actually did not! They shouldn't say they checked services when they actually do not, very bad business. Will report to the better business bureau!!!!!!!

Started out fine. Young black single mom of four complained about her free apartment ..allowed one of her children to wander over by me. Then she jumped up ...grabbed the kid and yelled at me to stop molesting her child. I went outside to check on my car and mechanic told me not to molest the kid. I never touched the kid. He claimed he tightened a loose bolt. Never did the repair.. won't be back..

I didn't like the extra cost to run a pressure test to identify my coolant flow issue without deducting the cost from them doing the repair. They allow you to tell them exactly what you want repaired although you are not a mechanic. However they provided friendly, prompt service.

Would highly recommend. Gary Britt is very professional and is all about his customers. He treats us like we are Family. And that’s very hard to come by these days. We were not just another customer walking through the door. Very honest and thorough about my car. And did not try to sell me anything that I did not need, like the previous company I used. Oil Change/ Great Staff I have recently been going here for 2-3 years now to get my oil changed. They do a very good job, and they also know their material very well. They are very well-spoken people and know how to handle the job when they are really busy. Costumer service is ALWAYS great!! The staff members are always smiling. They are very convenient, because they are even opened on Saturdays. Very friendly, fast service, and a great waiting room (with snack and drink machine). The best part is when you go get something done to your vehicle, they even vacuum it out for you when they are done.

I’ve had a problem with my coolant and the found out what I needed instantly and got the job done :)it was a little pricey but they did give me a discount and a few more recommendations for my truck and I am totally thankful for these guys . Brand new tire was cut by the tech on first visit and stated I had an oil leak when I did not, second visit the tech broke a/c filter box and again stated I had an oil leak and did not, third visit zipped tied a/c filter and again stated I had an oil leak. Today went to get oil change they refused to do the oil change stated I had an oil leak and back light was out. Clearly THIS LOCATION NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN THEY CAUSING MORE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR VEHICLE THEN HELPING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO GO GET THIER VEHICLE DONE FROM THEM. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND TECH REAL NASTY

The mechanics took the extra time to diagnose the problem accurately and then installed the necessary parts. I was there less than an hour. I felt like I was treated like a family member.
