When you go to a body shop, you are already in a bad mood, so it's nice when you find people who are smart, honest and kind. I highly recommend this Body shop. My replacement bumper looks so nice. They did a beautiful job. They were also fast and professional. In a digital world where good, human customer service is hard to come by this place is top notch. Miguel was very nice and personable. I came in to have them remove and install a fender, grill, upper bumper cover, and the front bumper. When I came in, they assessed my vehicle and assured me they would be able to fix it with no issue, stating they had fixed far worse. The entire process took around three weeks, because they neglected to order a part immediately, ordered the wrong part and also forgot to order the right part after ordering the wrong part. Also, they fired one of their technicians because he literally cut a piece out of my vehicle that was difficult for him to otherwise remove properly, which they had to replace and cost me another few days. The thing that I’m really upset about is that after I gave them close to $1000 NONE of the gapping is right, ALL of the spacing is misaligned, and they want to act like it’s MY fault. I don’t care if you found ‘something extra’, You told me that you were going to be able to make it perfect with the money I gave you. The fact that you can fix this for me and still want extra money is absurd, specifically because you told me that you would be able to make it perfect and I agreed to pay you what you asked on that assertion.

Sal is an amazing worker. He went out of his way to help me remove my cracked lower engine cover at 10 PM, which I really appreciated. Not many people would be willing to help that late, but he was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. Just stopped by to get a quote for my Escalade that was involved in a hit and Run! Salvador the Manager was a very helpful and kind guy! He helped me get the right price for my estimate!!! Insurance did not want to cover the repairs so I had to go out and look for a quote my self.. I went to different kinds of auto repair shops and everyone was charging me over 3,000$ Salvador made sure I wasn’t getting ripped off and he walked me through the whole process of my vehicle!
