Car Craft is great. I just picked up my car from them this morning and it is perfect. My car was backed into and there was $11K of damage. WORST body shop ever! Brought them my car for repair of minor fender bender. They did NOT fix the fender. Used the WRONG color paint. Said they would fix it, but I NEVER heard from them again. They would not take or return my phone calls or respond to my text messages. DO NOT USE!

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The repair process didn't meet expectations. While the estimate process was convenient it certainly left gaps which were reviewed and confirmed in person. Unfortunately, that review and confirmation did not lead to expected result. Based on my experience I would neither return nor recommend.

I want to start off by saying that Heidi at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She’s so friendly and helpful, and she made sure I understood every step of the process. I also really appreciated the consistent updates every Tuesday and Thursday so I always knew what to expect instead of sitting around wondering.
