Car Craft is great. I just picked up my car from them this morning and it is perfect. My car was backed into and there was $11K of damage. Car Craft got everything done in 15 days and my car looks like the day it rolled off the showroom floor. Thanks again to Mr. Calvin, Ms, Sherrie and Emily for your help and understanding through this repair. I also want to thank Ashley for keeping me updated and informed every step of the way. WORST body shop ever! Brought them my car for repair of minor fender bender. They did NOT fix the fender. Used the WRONG color paint. Said they would fix it, but I NEVER heard from them again. They would not take or return my phone calls or respond to my text messages. DO NOT USE!

My mother was in an accident, so when I was in town we brought the car to Car Craft to get an estimate. From the moment we walked in the door and spoke with Emily, we knew we were in the right place. Everyone we spoke with, including the owner, Mr. Denny, was just great. They listened and kept us up to speed on the stages of progress every step of the way. Great job reattaching my front bumper, replacing my front fender liners, and restoring my sedan’s headlights! Ashley was honest about being able to salvage my front bumper which really helped me with the total cost. She was also very responsive with replies in a timely manner to my requests and concerns especially considering the holiday season. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The repair process didn't meet expectations. While the estimate process was convenient it certainly left gaps which were reviewed and confirmed in person. Unfortunately, that review and confirmation did not lead to expected result. Based on my experience I would neither return nor recommend.

I want to start off by saying that Heidi at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She’s so friendly and helpful, and she made sure I understood every step of the process. I also really appreciated the consistent updates every Tuesday and Thursday so I always knew what to expect instead of sitting around wondering.
