Huge thanks to Mango Automotive for fixing several severe leaks on my 2002 Tahoe! Everyone was super friendly , explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured — even with an expensive repair right before the holidays and needing to return at a later date. Now repaired, Two days later and not a single leak in sight! Would recommend to family, friends… and maybe even my worst enemy 😉 Mango deserves the business!

I have now taken three of my cars into Mango and I've always been satisfied with the service and price. All expectations are set in advance in terms of price, work done and timeframe. I like that they use Lyft to get you too and from your house when the work is being done. It's nice to find a place where the service, price and work done are all excellent and can be trusted. UPDATE: I had a nagging oil leak which turned into a good sized leak in no time. Not only did Chris take excellent care of my vehicle, he also took great care of me, the customer. The original fix didn’t end up being the only leak I had. They got me back in the shop the day I called and found what the actual leak was. Chris did all the leg work and got my warranty to cover the entire replacement. This meant removing my transmission and doing some pretty detailed maintenance. I had my truck back two business days later repaired and ready for a road trip. This was the best treatment I’ve received from a repair shop. I couldn’t recommend Mango any stronger. Chris and Frank, will get you fixed up and on the road in no time. Thanks for the great work gentleman! See ya next time I need some work done. NEW: I had a second major comment go out and Mango covered it in a day. My water pump was leaking and not only did they get me in right away, they identified the leak and worked the warranty to get me the best deal. They got the price inside my budget and had me back on the road the very next day. I can’t speak highly enough about the folks who work here. Briaunna worked to get the price right where we needed it to be and we can’t thank her enough. If you need some work done, especially with a warranty, I would check out these guys first. There are a number of things I appreciate about my local Mango shop. 1. A clean, well staffed check-in area with coffee and refreshments if you need to wait. 2. A paid Lyft contract that will take you home and bring you back so you don't have to sit around for long appointments. 3. Well trained, and well paid mechanics. This raises the cost a bit but, well trained people should be well paid. 4. Most of all .... and for me, a person who started and operated a business with multiple locations for many years ... Mango understands the concept that when they do something that causes a problem for their customer they own up and MAKE IT RIGHT. This is a big one because no one is perfect, especially when it comes to auto issues, but few mechanics go the extra mile to win your business and keep it the way Mango and Frank, the manager, does. *update* BOUGHT A NEW TOYOTA HIGHLANDER, THANKS SO MUCH MANGO FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE, MIS DIAGNOSING, AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION. Took my car here for multiple issues. They did a free inspection of my car. We identified the issues and gradually worked them out one by one. Excellent customer service when it comes to Lyft (if vehicle is getting checked/fixed). I managed to get my car inspected, and four major issues worked out all within a day. I enjoy their texting system, which has a digital receipt for you to approve or disapprove services. Definitely coming back for more driving to my cars back to speed. Update: came in for a simple transmission fluid exchange and CV joint replacement, now I'm on the market for a new car. HORRIBLE communication. They might also wanna be cognitive of that fact I over heard them bad mouth me as I was waiting in commons area. VERY CONDESCENDING, horrible communicators, tries putting words in my mouth, told me I was "wrong" about the performance of my own car. Front desk repeatdley told opposite and insisted I was wrong to manager. Manager eventually apologized after I refused work on their "$7000" transmission. The only good thing were the Lyfts offered. Other than that, I should've took my car to a place that respected me and my car. Not devalue me, belittle me, and eventually try to squeeze more money out of me. I was honestly hurt after hearing what they said, I waited outside in the parking lot. Shows what they say behind closed doors. The manager or owner called, said they were extremely sorry about the miscommunication and it was their bad. Basically trying to salvage my previous positive review. Nah man. Im hurt and feel betrayed.

What an awesome place for all automotive repair issues. Already walking - in the shop does NOT at all look like a repair shop- but like you’re walking into somebody’s living room- a bit spacious but furnished with a touch of home and warmth. For me, getting my car looked after is a bit like going to the dentist (nothing against dentists, but…) - this visit at Mango Automotive near Cottonwood Mall was the best experience I have ever had in my over 40 years of owning cars. Scheduling was already a breeze on the phone and walking in I was greeted like they were really genuinely happy to see me. Briaunna was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. There was no pressure about what my car might need even after the inspection. There was just honest conversation and our joint goal was to keep my car running smoothly. No hidden cost, no bogus “you really need to do this or that”. During my wait for inspection and repairs I LOVED that there was no TV in the waiting room and I was able to get the work done I brought with me in peace and quiet. Just a soft bit of gentle instrumental music from a small speaker in the corner brought the right atmosphere to a pleasant stay with complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and snacks. Even the bathroom was furnished and stocked very thoughtfully. When we left we definitely knew where we would bring our car (which HAS a name and Briaunna made a point of putting the car’s name in her records - I know some people might find that a bit quirky - but she (car) is a part of the family) in the future. If/when the owner or manager is reading this - Briaunna definitely deserves a bonus or better a raise, she is a significant part of what makes us fans of your shop. All that to say - we HIGHLY RECOMMEND MANGO AUTOMOTIVE!!!!
