Josh is AMAZING!!! He asked me about a forgotten policy that I purchased and he was able to save me thousands of $$$. Also my son had left his wallet in my passenger front seat of my car that morning and I didn't even notice. When I got my car back many hours later guess what was still there?!?! It goes to show that these men are HONEST and have INTEGRITY!! I will be a LOYAL customer and I definitely cannot recommend this place enough.

Came in to check on mom and needed transmission fluid added to her car. I called numerous general shops and a few transmission places- either they wouldn’t touch it or didn’t have time (even after making an appointment). Carfix got it fixed promptly and was friendly and helpful to everyone that came in. I especially liked the way they all worked together to take care of their customers. Would definitely recommend them and will trust them with my mom’s car when needed.

The is the second time I've used CarFix Bearden Hill for repairs on my 2015 Smart. Even though the car isn't made anymore, they still handle everything I need as if that isn't a problem. This is for the girlies. So my car died and was taken to this shop by AAA. They were super nice and thorough. I have not had great experiences with other places, but I would consider this one of the best experiences I have had with a car shop. When looking over my car they included pictures of my car of anything that needed work and then talked through each item with me. They never spoke down to me and were friendly with each call. Ron was who I spoke with the most. They are super close by if you live in the West Knox/Bearden area. Right near the CVS and Food City. If you’re looking for a place to take your vehicle, I suggest you check them out.

We are on a cross country camping trip and were rear ended on the interstate. Our hitch hauler was crushed and we were unsure about damage to the frame of the car and the safety of continuing our trip. We called and they were able to get us right in. They checked out the car, removed the hitch hauler, and did an alignment. The whole team pitched in to help us pry the totes out of our hitch hauler, sort out our camping gear, and repack our car. They even offered to loan us a hitch hauler, store gear at their house, disposed of our broken hitch hauler and camping gear for us, and gave us a tote to help organize the gear in the car. They had drinks for us while we waited and took care of everything quickly. We felt like we were taken care of the way we would have been if we were family. We highly recommend them and would definitely go back if we lived closer.
