DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. This was the most unprofessional and disgusting experience I’ve ever had trying to get my husbands truck fixed. We had a quote from someone at Pete’s alignment who told us to buy a series of parts and to call them once we had our parts to drop the truck off. After calling, after weeks of trying to find parts to see if we could tow it there (mind you we have to schedule these things because it’s not drivable), and asked to get on the schedule, we were met with extreme disrespect and attitude. The alignment mechanic (not sure of his name) called my husband back (my husband is non confrontational and an extremely nice person and never even raised his voice a hair) and told us he doesn’t want our business and is “tired of dealing with us” after spending over 500 dollars in parts and doing exactly what he said for us to do. Now we have a broken down truck and parts and no where to bring it. Complete waste of my time and disgusting and unreliable customer service.

Fish On!

Tried to schedule to bring my truck in for a frame repair, i had a few problems getting the parts, and i was trying to schedule when i could bring it in. After being told to call when i had gotten the parts in so we could bring it in the same day. I did that, and was told that he was quote, "tired of dealing with this and didnt want my business." Im just trying to get my truck fixed i was never disrepectful at all. All i did was ask when i could get it in after being told multiple times to bring it in whenever i got the parts. Im sorry talking to people that want to pay you for a service is so exhausting. Im surprised you get enough business to turn people away with that kind of disrespect to your customers.

James did some work on our 04 Subaru and it turned out great! The price was very reasonable and the office staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They accept credit cards for payment but the customer will have to pay the small processing fee. They do close for lunch so call ahead.
