KENNY ROLEN FOR PRESIDENT!!! The people ALWAYS make the place, and Harper has absolutely hit the jackpot with its STAR employees. While necessary automotive service can typically produce an extreme amount of stress, I tend to look forward to the opportunity of visiting my friends at Harper British Repair Center. Without fail, I am immediately greeted with sincere warmth, impeccably taken care of by supreme professionals, and sent on my way with the confidence and security of knowing I’ve been the beneficiary of unmatched service. I wouldn’t have purchased a Land Rover vehicle, if I didn’t know Kenny would be around to take care of it. This morning, on the way to my first appointment at work, my dreaded low tire pressure notification came on in my car. I abruptly turned into Harper BRC, where they detected a screw puncture, had it repaired within 20 minutes, and I made it in time for my first morning meeting. No stress, just a quick visit with the best in the business, and the most adept smile-creator I feel lucky enough to know. CHEERS to you, Kenny, and the rest of your team! I just want to say a really big thank you to British Harper Repair Center! Kenny Rolen got us in QUICKLY when we were having a problem with our RRS Jim in service did a great job on our brakes We were told we needed a service that we didn’t need at a different service center. Kenny is the best as was the whole team !!! Thank you again! We will be repeat customers!!!

After a terrible recent experience at Land Rover Knoxville, I was excited to learn that Kenny Rolen was now at Harper British Repair. Kenny & his team took care of the repair in one day. If you own a Land Rover in the greater Knoxville, TN you should never go anywhere else. Kenny is the best!

I have been taking my Range Rover to Kenny for almost 2 years now. When I first moved back to Knoxville, Kenny was my service manager at Land Rover. He always went above and beyond. When he made the move to Harper British, it’s like my car knew he had left Land Rover. My fuel pump went out and I called Land Rover and they couldn’t even get me in for a few months. They also had no loaners and really could have cared less as they were stacked. Fortuitously Kenny called me up and said he moved to Harper British. I thought I had won the lottery. I brought it to him and they have fixed every major problem I’ve had within a reasonable time frame and most of the time within a week. They have even done the regular maintenance which takes no time at all and is less expensive than Land Rover. I actually enjoy my time going to see Kenny. He’s so friendly, personable and always makes me feel welcome and goes above and beyond the call of duty. As Stacey said it best, “Kenny for President!” I’d follow him across the country if it meant I still got the same service. They don’t make go-givers like this anymore and Kenny is a delight to work with always! I can’t forget Jim back there doing the work who has fixed every problem I’ve ever had! I highly recommend Harper British for your British car needs. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Land Rover of Knoxville could not get our LR2 in for a basic oil change and maintenance check for almost 3 weeks. Called Kenny and he got us in the following day. I love the personal touch he and his staff gave us. I highly recommend using Harper British Repair Center for all your service needs.

Took my Range Rover to Harper British for an oil leak, low fuel pressure, and suspension check. After costly repairs (ball joints, valve cover gaskets, fuel regulator), the original problems remained, and new ones appeared, specifically an axle seal leak. After some back and forth with their team, I didn’t return due to the turnaround time, lack of resolution, and loss of confidence in their work. Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.
