Rocky Top Customz customer service is exemplary. We were visiting the area from Florida and had an emergency situation with our 2017 Ford 2500 6.7 as we were leaving to go back home. After calling multiple shops in the area who couldn’t help assist us with our needs we came across Rocky Top Customz who was able to work us into their schedule to make sure we were able to make it home safe with our family of four.
