First and foremost I want to tell everyone how extremely grateful for Dustin. We were on our way to Knoxville UT hospital for a very important Dr visit and we hit a pot hole and busted our tire. He went above and beyond got the tire for us. Put it on asap and it was ready! A HUGE thank you to all the employees who helped us!! I was actually terrified of taking my car to a shop because of previous experiences I’ve had with shops doing me dirty but my window was stuck down and my mechanic was booked. I should have waited because I was given the run around all day. I called them and was told if I could drop it off the next morning at 8am they would fix it. Got there to drop it off and they had no idea who spoke to me or about my car. I just needed the window up. They told me they would call me when they figure out the problem and give me the cost to fix it. I never received that phone call so I called them. The guy who answered was nice but didn’t know about my car so he said he’d have the guy call me back. Which he eventually did and told me there was no way to get the window up and that I needed a new switch, motor and regulator. Which made no sense because the window rolled up and down no problem when it wanted to work, there was a short in the switch. Told me he ordered the parts and got the wrong parts so had to over night the correct parts and if I would leave my vehicle they would fix it in the morning. At this point I hadn’t agree to wanting to get those parts replaced because I still had no idea of the cost but he told me that was the only way the window would go up so I agreed and asked for the price. He told me he couldn’t give me the price because someone was using the computer and he’d have to call me back because he had to leave in 10 minutes. When he finally called me back I was told he didn’t know what was wrong with my window, needed more time to diagnose it, that he duct taped the window and to come get it and bring it back when I had more time available and that none of my windows worked. I was shocked considering I had previously been told he knew the problem and had the parts coming and my other windows worked fine when I dropped it off. At this point I was not willing to have them touch my car anymore so I said I’d come get it. I got there to pick it up and he told me he needed me to be able to drop it off at opening and leave it all day so he could figure it out and would need a couple days on it. It had been there since 8am and I didn’t pick it up until almost 5 and had previously agreed to let him have it all day the next day. So I was confused on how that wasn’t the time he needed. If they didn’t have the time available I’m not sure why they would have agreed to me bringing it and them fixing it that day and at this point he changed what he said previously was wrong with it. I use my car everyday for work so I don’t have just days I can go without it so I told them I’d wait and have my mechanic fix it and now I have duct tape residue all over my window and paint. Which I have no idea how to get off without ruining my paint. He also told me the duct tape would hold for awhile. It lasted maybe 2 days. I was also left with 3 screws left out of my window motor because he couldn’t get them back in. They also did not attach my door panel back on all the way. I was able to get it to my mechanic today and after fixing everything they left apart and messed up he was able to fix it in under an hour. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, they had great reviews and was recommended them by another shop but I wish I would have just waited and never took my vehicle there. It’s caused me more stress then leaving the window down.

The engine on my truck Either spun a bearing or had some Cam damage due to a faulty spark plug. The engine was covered underneath A LKQ engine replacement warranty. Without a second guess Or look over they said they would take on the job and have it back to me as soon as they can. They did a phenomenal job at keeping my truck clean and safe and installing the new engine. They were very professional and kept me updated On all the progress. I don't know what they did but I swear that this engine in truck feels and sounds like they won it came up a lot and it came off a lot. I would recommend this shop to anybody and everybody who needs work done. Not to mention they are Cleetus McFarland fans, Hell Yea Brother. Not to mention they had the most reasonable labor rates I could find and there work deserves more

I moved from Georgia to Knoxville years ago and Dustin is the only one I trust with my car. He goes above and beyond for his costumers. The whole team is so welcoming, friendly, and well experienced. They are wonderful and provide great service. Personally, any mechanics that are willing to educate you on what your issue is and answer any questions you ask are 10/10. These guys do quality work , I get really bad anxiety when I leave my vehicles at shops but these guys would call and gave me updates and they don’t mind if you call multiple times and ask about any questions you have , I took my ranger in the other day they got me a quote for my suspension top and bottom and they got it all done in a day they called me when it was ready to be pick up . Had a great conversation with the guys at the front desk. Super welcoming thanks again guys

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My Prius went into limp mode, and Legends tried to sell me a new water pump and a refurbished hybrid battery for well over market (even the dealership quoted only slightly more for a new/OEM battery, installed!). Got a second opinion at a local Toyota dealership and it turns out there's nothing wrong with the battery at all! To add insult to injury, they charged $50 for antifreeze that was never authorized (or put in), and $90 for a faulty diagnostic. Stay away if you have a hybrid; they clearly don't know what they're doing.

I’ll start off by saying the staff are very kind, there was no personal problem. I brought my Toyota Prius here at my tow truck driver’s recommendation. They said it was my water pump and hybrid battery, crazy expensive fix. I called the dealership and it honestly wasn’t much more expensive there. Settled cost of diagnostics (and random antifreeze that was put in my car without my knowledge) with these lovely gentlemen and had my car towed to Fox Toyota. There’s nothing wrong with my hybrid battery. And also my antifreeze levels were low with no evidence of a leak. So they charged me $50 for antifreeze that I didn’t know about, and also didn’t actually get, and $90 for incorrect diagnostics. And they wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for a new (refurbished) hybrid battery that was completely unnecessary. I don’t think this is the classic “mechanics ripping off young women” bit, but I would not recommend bringing Priuses here because I do not believe they are well educated on hybrid maintenance.

I had an oil leak in my my Subaru, had originally gone to Subaru who let me leave the facility with an active oil leak with no further communication. I met Dustin and Steve and took my car to Legends. They did not disappoint. I left my car Monday morning and picked it up Wednesday morning. They took great care of my car and kept in constant contact with me during this time. Their prices are great and customer service phenomenal. Thank you for all your help. I will definitely be back!!
