I had my truck stolen from there shop and they didn't wanna pay for it... After the owner Jimmy told me my truck would be ready in 30 days... 30 days went by and they hadn't even started working on my truck.... 2 weeks later they call me and tell me my truck was stolen from there shop... They are very unprofessional and liars don't take your car there...

My truck door got bent backwards and they fixed it withing 10 minutes and saved me a ton of money. I figured I would have to have the door and hinges replaced but I didnt. The door closes and opens like it should and I couldnt be happier.

My family has used Griffey multiple times throughout the years and been pleased. I used him recently to repaint my hood on my 2008 4 Runner, what a disappointment!!! Do I start with the lies or the poor quality of the work? After keeping my vehicle 2 weeks longer than promised ( not a big deal as I am a very patient person), I refused to take the vehicle on the first trip due to the way it looked. Mr. Griffey then flat out lied to my face before realizing I remembered everything he said and repeated to him. I am now getting quotes on having it repainted. I gave him one star because he was kind to my parents throughout the years. At one time, he was a honest man that provided quality auto body work.
