Bought my HRV here and on its second oil change. First of all, they do not clean your car after the oil change and beware - my paperwork shows they drained and filled my washer fluid - which was a lie! I will not be taking my nice new car back here for service and be lied to!

Update to my review: I no longer work with Luis. Still a little inconvenient that you can't schedule appointments online (you can but it doesn't actually sync to their calendars so nobody knows you have an appointment unless you call). Randy and Lisa are great and are my go-to service advisors. Wendy is pretty good too. Definitely an improvement from my previous 1 star experience and I may update down the road if they keep up the positive changes!
