Needed a tire late in the day and they were one of the only used tire stores still open. My wife called to make sure they had the tire we needed and was quoted $45. When I get there, I see there are several jacks just lined up outside of the building which is where they work on the car. That was a bit unusual but not the biggest red flag (at the time, but in hindsight I should've just kept going when I saw that). As soon as I get out of the car I'm told to walk down the street to withdraw cash from an ATM to pay for the tire which has now become $50 he expects to be paid despite telling my wife $45 making the entire transaction $56 with ATM fees and a 10 minute hike past the homeless and crossing a busy street. While doing this the tire has already been selected and placed on the car without me having a chance to inspect the tires quality which most shops would normally offer when it comes to used tires. Overall, they're very unprofessional and after reading other reviews on this place I'm concerned about having a blowout, especially since I didn't get a chance to look over the tire before having it placed on the vehicle. I do not recommend.

It was a Sunday of course and the steel belted tread on my tire on the drivers side front peeled off and I was driving around with a belt less slick tire. J-N-J was the only used tire shop open. I drove all the way from Cedar Bluff to the shop on Central Avenue. He replaced the tire and had me back on the road 10 minutes after I got there and he only charged me 20 dollars! It is usually 40 he said buy that was all I had to my name. He was very kind and generous. Thank you J-N-J. You definitely blessed me today Decemer 29, 2024!!!

This place was open when I got there. Had 2 people in front of me, finished them up swiftly. The guy didn’t charge me a lot and told me about my other tire which he ended up changing as well. I was there all of 30 minutes and was back on the road. Also, the man was honest with me about not having my tire size which but replaced them with tires that wasn’t too much bigger. I left a happy customer.

Closed 30 mins early. I only needed my tire switched over to a rim I already owned. 5 minute job and the owner refused to do it. But turned around and accepted a different guy's job.

I bought a used tired for $40 and it blew out the same day and I took it back and they replaced it I didn't have the money for another tire so he told me to come back when I got paid and pay him for the tire. I felt as if the tire I bought the 1st time was a bad tire so I didn't pay him for the one he put on to replace it. That was about 2 months ago I just got a flat tire on the another tire and unfortunately being Sunday I had to come back here and got a used tire for $40 I put it in the truck and got back to the house and heard air coming out of it from valve stem I took it back and he told me the valve stem was broke it would be another 10 to replace it. Moral of this review is they replaced my bad tire and cut my valve stem over my previous visit. I know for a fact that my valve stem was not broke when I got here earlier because I checked it. They are really shady at this location and I plan to call and report them over this..if I could give 0 stars I would. God bless

I do not recommend you use this place under any circumstances the Will lie to you to get more money out of you even though they quoted you a different price over the phone he will say things are needed with no proof prior to willing in the tire that they are needed and will show no remorse for it you start shops are supposed to help the common man, not nickel and dime their wallet like Big tire stores

Besides the absolute horrible customer service they gave me by barely acknowledging I was even there the tire they sold me had a flat spot and a broken belt. The tire was making a thumping noise and making the steering wheel shake violently. I had to take it to a different tire shop to buy yet another tire. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

Although their prices are pretty great if you're on a budget, but the phrase "You get what you pay for." comes to mind. They put the wrong sized tire on my car causing my car to be off balance. Called back to assess the situation and they were generous enough to put a second tire on to potentially even things out. Boy was I wrong. It started off fine but as I got around 30mph+ it felt like all 4 tires were going to fall off. I couldn't be bothered to go back for a 3rd time and risk any more issues. Ended up going somewhere else to rectify the problem. I don't normally post reviews but this was more hassle than it was worth. If you want good used tires, go to the one that's 5 minutes down the road.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS MAN! When I pulled up I was greeted by a nice old man I explain my valve stem was leaking he checked it agreed and told me it was 10.00 for a valve stem. I agreed. And waited patiently approximately 20 mins for him to get to my truck he removed the tire rolled it inside. I thought he removed the wrong tire so I began to check the other ones and found three of the four were leaking. I explained to him I’d like all three valve stems replaced he then informed me that the “boss “ said it was going to now be 20.00 per stem because it was more work. I went inside to talk to him thinking there was some kind of misunderstanding , surely he wouldn’t raise the price because there was more work but that’s exactly what he explained to me in broken English. That I was causing him more work so I would pay more. I immediately told them I would not be paying any extra and to put my tire back on. The old man was very apologetic and worked diligently to get me on my way so I did tip him after all it’s not his fault his boss is a chauvinistic jerk. I guarantee he wouldn’t have tried to pull that if I was a man.

Got my two tires replaced at a great price and they even fixed a rim dent without extra charge. Gentleman who runs the shop is well mannered and does quick work. If you’re in a pinch and need a replacement tire this is the spot

Company they do not give a receipt! Selling bad tires. Try to get my tire replaced after I just left, but the owner told me there is no bubble on my tire in this plane as day can see it. Lastly, didn’t put all my studs back on before I left. If it was up to me, I would not go spend no money for you as his place no warranty on the tires

I went here looking for a couple of quick tires at the last minute on a hard to find size. Well they had a couple in stock one looked really good but the other had signs of dry rot & when I got home found a patch in the tire. Not worth the 80 bucks. Last minute pinch maybe.
