I had an issue with the rocker panel on my Charger. It was becoming detached, and I dropped in to Neubert to ask if they could take a look at it. They scheduled an appt for me for first thing the next morning. I arrived for my appt and they took it back right away. After a short while they brought my vehicle back around and it looked perfect. When I first brought it by they had quoted me a price to do the work. As they gave me the keys I said "I need to settle up with you on the bill". The gentleman said "how about we just go with a handshake?". Call me amazed! I was so appreciative of that, especially since I had never brought a vehicle to them before, but rest assured if ever the need arises, I will be back. Thank You!

Highly satisfied with this business. Had quite a bit of repair done on my Lexus through my insurance company. I had paint work redone, dents removed from multiple spots over the exterior of the vehicle, and lock system replaced along with other smaller fixes. My car is in better shape than it was when I purchased it years ago. The paint looks perfect, the condition of the car has considerably improved. It is perfect. My car was finished in a timely manner, and I had no trouble while it was in the shop with communication or estimation time / pickup. Thank you for a great job to the staff and management and I will definitely recommend this business to anyone. I am highly satisfied!!

Had to get my truck fixed from hitting a deer going 55 miles an hour here and they did an absolute great job. I’m very particular when it comes to my truck and every gap in the panels was spot on and the paint matched up perfectly. They also give your vehicle a very good cleaning before they deliver it to you and keep it in the dry storage while at their facility. They were very easy to work with insurance companies along with very simple paperwork. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends

Do not use Joe Neubert!! I used Joe Neubert on Clinton Hwy to fix a small scratch on my back driver side door. Well the door looks terrible! The paint doesn't match at all!! It's embarrassing when people ask what happen to my door. I tell them Joe Neubert is what happened. I hadn't had the truck 6 months when they fixed it it was brand new.You can see in the pictures how bad they did! I had to wait a month to take it to them to be fixed. After a week and half. They called to tell me it was fixed when I got there you could still see the scratch after Shane McCarter told me it looked good. So, I brought him out to show him. He said to leave it and they would fix after already telling me it was fixed and looked good. So, it was there another week so 2 and half weeks total to fix a scratch. Then got it back and it had damage to the bumper. Which they fixed because it was damaged there. I've had to save up to try to get it fixed at another body shop. Joe Neubert gave me a warranty, but I don't trust someone who has already lied to me and did terrible work. It's going to cost me almost $2000 to fix what they did to my door! Their commercials are lies saying fix your car better than before! All this over a tiny scratch! Word of mouth is best advertisement!

I am very glad that Joe Neubert Collision Center is part of the State Farm® Select Service network. This is the second time I've used their services for insured vehicle work that was at the fault of the other driver. The staff here are outstanding, professional and friendly.
