Excellent, friendly, fast service! While visiting Knoxville from out of state, I found a nail in one of my tires. It was a Saturday evening and I was supposed to start a 700+ mile long drive back home the following day. Imagine my relief when I searched for a nearby auto shop with Sunday hours and came across the existing reviews for this Firestone location, only 0.3 mi from my host's home. I showed up at the shop at 8am Sunday morning, and my injured tire was plugged, patched, and back on the car before 9am. Thank you, Firestone techs!

We were on the road traveling from Indiana to N Carolina & our car started having serious problems on Friday night in Knoxville! Luckily they were one of the few car repair shops open on a Saturday & we had it there by 7 AM. They took us right in with no waiting & were able to find the problem fairly quickly. Unfortunately, I got another nail in my tire and went back. They couldn’t repair it this time and they helped me get new tires and back on the road. I popped a tire on my truck and wanted a tire to match the one that blew. I called around looking for a match. Everyone else said they could get it but it would be three or four days. Called John at this location. He said he would have one by noon and could get it mounted and balanced same day. He didn’t lie. Same day service was great and so was the price.

I came to this company to get a wheel alignment. They told me that before they could do the alignment, I had to replace a specific part that costs a little over $400. The problem is that I had already replaced that exact part just 6 months ago, so I refused. As a result, they said they could not perform the alignment at all unless I agreed to that replacement, which felt like an attempt to upsell unnecessary work. The real issue happened right after. About 20 seconds after I drove away from their shop, my engine dropped. Later, my mechanic confirmed that this kind of damage could only happen if the vehicle was lifted incorrectly on a lift or subjected to improper handling. When my mechanic contacted them and provided his professional conclusion, the company initially claimed that they never lifted my car and never touched it. Later, they changed their statement and admitted that they did lift the car, but insisted that everything was done correctly. In the end, they refuse to take responsibility or compensate for the damage, which exceeds $1,300. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Very disappointing experience and a complete lack of accountability.
