Had a bad vibration in a F250 Superduty and brought shaft in and it was checked and determined needed lots repair. They gave several options and we went with the 1 piece aluminum and wow wow wow this truck is perfect now. Great guys and great communication and very fast service to build new shaft. Called and got a price to shorten my driveshaft. Drove the truck 45 minutes to have the work done. Told me they can not remove the driveshaft from the truck (yet they are a driveline shop). Asked nicely if I could borrow a simple 8mm wrench to pull it out myself in the parking lot so I didn’t have a 1.5 hour trip wasted (would’ve taken me 3 minutes). Told me “we have one but won’t let you use it”. Had a friend with me so we could leave the truck so working it in would not be an issue. Absolutely absurd what companies have come to these days. Highly suggest taking your business elsewhere and would not recommend them to anyone after my experience.
