Called and got a price to shorten my driveshaft. Drove the truck 45 minutes to have the work done. Told me they can not remove the driveshaft from the truck (yet they are a driveline shop). Asked nicely if I could borrow a simple 8mm wrench to pull it out myself in the parking lot so I didn’t have a 1.5 hour trip wasted (would’ve taken me 3 minutes). Told me “we have one but won’t let you use it”. Had a friend with me so we could leave the truck so working it in would not be an issue. Absolutely absurd what companies have come to these days. Highly suggest taking your business elsewhere and would not recommend them to anyone after my experience.

Had a bad vibration in a F250 Superduty and brought shaft in and it was checked and determined needed lots repair. They gave several options and we went with the 1 piece aluminum and wow wow wow this truck is perfect now. Great guys and great communication and very fast service to build new shaft. This was the 2nd time I’ve used Knoxville Driveline and enjoy dealing with professionals in the business

Very personable, friendly, and easy to talk to. They werent able to help me because of the driveshaft I had. They would have had to remake it, but gave me an option that I could do myself to possibly get it working as well as a few replacement clips to replace one I bent. Knowledgeable and nice people. Not to mention after I called around they had the best prices. A buddy had his driveshaft done here and it was quality, definitely recommend them if your in the market for their services. After waiting 2 weeks with my Driveshaft,old U Joint and yoke at a repair shop for them to try to match up a u-joint for me. No luck , I'm working with a MUTT. Chevrolet engine in my 1966 Ford pickup truck. Called and was cheerfully told,Bring it on in. Brought them the drive shaft,Yoke and the old u-joint. 45 minutes later I was out the door. New you joint installed, Professionally and very inexpensively. I would have been out in 20 minutes but we talked about trucks and hot rods for a half hour. Highly recommended,These guys rock!

Great company. Went above and beyond what was required. I went to the Jeep invasion back in the summer and got a t shirt from them. It was the last one in that size as most everything was sold out by the time I got to their booth and they just gave it to me. I had a friend with me and he wanted one too but was out of his size. I thought I would order him one once they were back in stock to surprise him and I seen another one I liked for myself also. Well it ended up taking several weeks before I had heard anything but had really forgotten about it up until I got refunded for the complete purchase price of the shirts since it was an extended waiting period as they weren’t in stock yet. Which I completely understand and I would have been completely fine with that as it wasn’t a necessary item. Fast forward a few weeks/ month and I receive a package in the mail of both shirts I ordered and they still refunded me on the purchase price! Great stand up business and that shows they have integrity and stand behind their name. They have my future business for sure.
