The team here as fantastic! I bought a used car from elsewhere and found that there some issues. Brought my vehicle here and they were able to work with the extended warranty company to get everything worked out. During the time my vehicle was there, the two lovely ladies at the front kept me up to date with the dealings pertaining to my vehicle and would let me know if anything had changed. The work done on my vehicle is great and I would and have recommended them to friend and coworkers because of their customer service and the attention to detail in their work. Yall keep it up!

I had pretty much written off my van, 2014 Town and Country and was inquiring online about a Town and Country, to buy. i mentioned having a broke down van and rather than selling me a van, James (Mr Cool) fixed mine. He did it quick (less than a week, had been quoted 3 months by another good shop) and let me know where we were, price-wise through the process (he gave me an estimate and kept it). He also found a couple of other things along the way and either fixed them or told me about them so I can plan to have them fixed. Top notch work. Mr Cool has my business.

(Made my son car worst then it was) My son went to Mr cool cause he was having problems with car A/C unit , after having to wait 3 hours for his inspection the manager comes out tell him they need more time for “just the inspection” then after says this an that was the problem so come back we can fix compressor for 800! Just for him to get in the car An it is rattling an shaking from under hood he can’t pump gas without it doing this making horrible noise to cut Back on other mechanic looked at it immediately seen I was missing screws

I dropped off an older F-150 that needed a lot of work. I was chiefly concerned with the air conditioning, which another mechanic had failed to fix. While I was at it, I asked them to inspect and do whatever they could to make it a daily driver again. The project turned out to be a tough one. Parts were hard to find, the truck was well worn from a life of hard work, and the shop had to contend with the sloppy work of the guy I tried to go with before. I’ve got the keys back now, and it’s running great with no lights and cold AC and great heat for all vents!

This would make this a 6 star review if possible. I purschased a 2013 Honda Fit from Carvana, just a few days before bring it to their shop. I called down to the store to ask about getting the car looked at, to make sure i didn't just buy a ticking time-bomb of a car. She said to bring it by (no appointment) and still had it looked at in resonable time frame. What I wasn't expecting AT ALL, was that she had not only already called Carvana (un-promted) and had the repairs approved, but she also said she can have the repairs done my the end of the day, and then procedes to ask me if I would like a free ride home. I was called when my car was ready to pick up and was then asked if I, personally, need to be picked up. The whole experience made me feel like I was the main character in a movie. Stellar exerience.

Yall! I just have to say that I was extremely impressed with Paige and Michelle during my visit today. They were both Super friendly, knowledgeable and communicated perfectly about what the problem was and what it was going to take to fix it. I also spoke with a gentleman who explained everything as well. As a woman, it is sometimes very intimidating to walk into a mechanic shop with a problem for fear of being taken advantage of or spoken down to. This did not happen at all today and I would 1000%. Recommend them to anyone as they are a full service shop. Huge win in my book.

I took my vehicle a Nissan Sentra SV to Mr Cool to be assessed due to loss of power and sounds that possibly presented a strut issue. The reception from Aaron was absolutely unmatched. I left my car and he and his crew assessed it and informed me of the pending issues and with a vehicle warranty Michelle went to work and the transmission replacement and the other issues were remedied. We received the vehicle back and let me tell you it runs like a dream. I want to THANK the Mr Cool’s crew for their professionalism and persistent great work. They kept me in the loop before any repairs were done. I know where to go for my car repairs cause they don’t disappoint. Great job!!

I don’t recommend Mr cool. They had my truck for almost a month with transmission problems. Finally they said it was fixed and ready to go with a bill of 900 dollars and then 2 weeks later the same problems call them and never could get anyone to return my call so took it to another place they check it and it was the same wiring harness Mr cool worked on. Mr cool never replace the wiring harness which was told he did. But anyway it’s fixed now and another 1000 dollars later. No thanks to Mr cool.

Unfortunately my experience with Mr. Cools I don't probably don't have enough room to write as much good things as this man has done for me!! I honestly don't know of another shop that would ever do with this man is done for me and my family! For starters, me and my family got stuck in Tennessee with a carvana car that broke down a week and a half after I got it. Silver rocks provider for carvana wouldn't cover about $800 worth of stuff that needed to be added on and fixed to this and I couldn't afford it so this man took it out of his pocket and paid it for me! If anybody around this area doesn't have this man work on their vehicle, you're definitely not taking it to the right spot! Mr. Cool's would be the only choice I would ever make in this area! This man deserves 100 stars. Thank you so much Mr. Brown for taking care of my family!! We are forever indebted to your company!! Thank you so much!

I have a 2017 Nissan Rogue, and unfortunately, the AC and heat truly "went rogue." Evidently, this is a known weak point in the vehicle's design. Mr Cool's AC initially fixed the problem, but because of the Rogue's inherent design flaw, the issue eventually returned. That said, this was no problem for them. I brought the vehicle back, and they took excellent care of me. They were courteous, professional, and highly competent — far more so than the dealership. They identified a solution the dealership wouldn’t have suggested and resolved the problem for good. I cannot say enough positive things about this team. They are trustworthy, and you can tell they genuinely care-not just about fixing the car, but about taking care of their customers and building lasting relationships. I highly recommend them.
