I want to thank David and Christy for helping us out with our car. They were very honest, caring and reasonable. I can't thank them enough for everything they did to help us. Rusty Wallace Nissan wanted 6,000.00 to fix it and they only charged us a few hundred. The dealer wanted to charge us way more than what was actually needed and they were were very unkind to us I won'tgo back there again. I thank God there's still good people like David and Christy out there. They were so kind and the work was done so quickly and so well. I won't take my car anywhere else but here from now on. God bless David and Christy.

After some disheartening hassles trying to get our truck fixed, David and Christy bent over backwards for us. I don't know what we would have done if they hadn't been willing to help us out. They are kind, honest, and communicative. Our truck is running like a dream again. It's such a relief to feel all right about my wife running the roads (like she does). I’ve been going here for at least 5 years now with many different cars. David and Christy as well as everyone else is so nice and very professional and always do a great job in repairing my vehicles and doing it right. They are great at communicating with what’s wrong and do the repairs right. They don’t overcharge and they don’t cheat people out of their money like almost every other auto repair place. I’ve never had issues here. They even helped me when getting a good used car and then fixed the minor problems it had. I will continue to come here for many years to come. If you want honest hard working people, then take your car here. They are amazing.

Crossroads auto repair is really a truly professional shop. Easy communication with Kristen in the office. I told her my concerns about my vehicle and wanted an estimate for repairs. After telling her everything she called me back within 10 minutes with a quote. They were able to schedule me within a couple of days. Kristen is really good about staying in communication when my car was in their care. Dave and his whole crew in the garage was great, quick and friendly. I will use this shop again for future business.

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and very fairly priced mechanic team; look no further. They work on just about every brand and year vehicle. About 3 years ago we brought our 2015 Dodge 2500 truck to David because it needed a new engine. Not only did he do a great job swapping the motor out but took time to help guide us thru the process of purchasing the new one. Since then we’ve brought all our vehicles to them. It’s no exaggeration to say that they are hands down the best automotive business I’ve ever used. David and Kristi make the whole process seamless from drop off to pick up.
