Please be aware of using this business. It’s because they are really unprofessional and they can barely speak English and also they have a really bad customer service. I called in for a vehicle to get my tire change what they told me on the phone price and when I get there, they have a different price and also the price they give you that’s not the grand total it’ll be a different additional hundred dollars on top of that they are scammed and they are really rude and disrespectful. Please stay away from this business

I came in with my husband because my check engine light was in, it was my 02 sensor. They did a excellent, didn't take long great prices too. They were super kind made is feel comfortable and we left feeling great! I will ALWAYS use them and recommend friends and family here. I would give them 10 star review if that were an option.

I'd just like to start by saying thank you to this little shop! Knoxville could use more honest hard working folks out there like y'all! they got me in immediately, took a little longer than I thought, however, I realized that they were taking their time and making sure that my car was functioning properly and not going to overheat once I left. what I thought was a failing water pump, was only a faulty radiator cap. to my surprise...he didn't charge me a dime! how's that for an honest mechanic?! aaaand to his surprise, he was subject to a nonconsensual hug! I can't tell you how much I appreciate these folks! y'all are fantastic! I will absolutely be back for future repairs!

Brothers tires has exceeded my standards and expectations, I came in with no notice and missing lugnut needing tires.. been given the run around and quoted $800 or more by two other places and brothers tires quoted me $500 out the door taxes and fixed my lugnut, had my car pulled in the bay within 5 mins of coming in. And they work fast! Amazing
