Omar saved my trip with his extreme kindness!! I’m in the middle of a roadtrip from Charleston, SC to Iowa with my 2 young kids and dog, and we had to take some back roads through the mountains passing Asheville in the dark (and dense fog). Unfortunately, I started to notice my tire pressure falling rapidly, so I made it to Knoxville and brought my car in the next morning for a tire patch/repair before getting back on the road. That’s when Omar informed me that my tire was fine but my rim was bent. While rims aren’t what Omar typically does, he went above and beyond to get me taken care of, and help me get back on the road! I could not be more grateful for Omar’s help and kindness. — Not to mention the insanely fair price!!
