First of all I can say the customer service is amazing. Omar is the most kindest guy that I have met in this business. Today I brought him my Honda Crv. I had a sound coming from the right side. And I was so worried something was wrong. Omar said he would be more than happy to take a look and inspect it. He is so thorough that he put my car in the racks and inspected the whole entire car. From fluids to brakes to tires. And the bonus is that he was speedy and the greatest part is HE DID IT FOR NO COST!!! I highly recommend this business. many people had referred me to King's. Overall great experience going to Kings to have some Tire Pressure Sensors replaced on my Ford F150. Omar helped me and he was very knowledgeable and open with exactly what he was doing and with the pricing on everything. I called around and his prices were the best! Car issues? I highly recommend Omar and his team. I was so distraught when my car started running hot one day before I was planning on going on a 6 hour drive for a family member's memorial service. Omar told me that he would do his best to get my car fixed the same day I took it to him. He did. My water pump had to be changed along with some other issues. Omar kept his shop open after hours, just so that I could get my car and attend the memorial. What a great, honest, knowledgeable person he is. I'm so grateful that I took my car to him. I really enjoyed my experience dealing with King tires in Omar. I went for a tune-up expecting to spend at least 3 to 400 on my car 2018 Chevy Impala so he said let him look at it before I go spend my money on spark plugs so he diagnosed my car totally free found the issue what's the air flow problem connected to hose didn't charge me a dime I'm not going anywhere else I asked for his card so I can recommend him myself excellent work Omar thank you

⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honest, Skilled, and Truly Cares About People I want to sincerely thank Brother Omar for his honesty, skill, and professionalism. I drive a 2014 Ford F-150 that had a known recall issue where the truck would slip out of gear while driving. I took it to the Ford dealership, and after they “flashed” it, the very next day the problem came right back. I was told it was my transmission and was led to believe I would need to spend a large amount of money on a replacement. Before making that decision, I reached out to Brother Omar. He told me to bring the truck to him so he could take a real look at it. After carefully diagnosing the issue, he identified the actual problem and replaced the faulty control component instead of just flashing the system again. He was confident in his work—and he was right. Since then, my truck has been running perfectly. No slipping, no issues. He literally saved me from buying an entire transmission that I did not need. What stood out most was his integrity. He didn’t take the easy or expensive route—he took the correct one. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing, tells you the truth, and treats you like family instead of a number, I highly recommend Brother Omar. May Allah bless him and his work.
