Horrific customer service, go somewhere else! I called this place when my child broke down out of state and Gary answered the phone. I asked to speak with an owner to explain the situation and he slammed the phone down in my ear...so much for Southern hospitality!

Gary took my Chevy Express van in on a bit of a whim. When I called, I informed him that there had been mishap with my the last mechanic, and my Van was on a tow truck now! He told me to tell the tow driver to deliver it to his lot. I had three problems total. He fixed it in good time—prices on point. Will be taking my detailing van back.

This mechanic is very honest. Another local shop called Free Service Tire and Auto Center charged a large amount to "fix the air the best they could". The owner at Hofker Auto in turn truly fixed the AC for a lot less than the other shop. I'm glad to have found an honest mechanic finally.

I've always been happy with the work done on my car. Besides actual repairs done, I've had my car in twice to see what might be wrong. The first time, nothing found. Second time, they found the issue but it wasn't urgent. Neither time did he charge me for just looking at it. It's best to call ahead for an appt, because they are very busy almost all the time.
