As I cry I must share this experience… my brake was going out last month.. bought pads brought them to frank and he changed them all the way around.He neglected to tell me the rotors needed to be replaced or turned so the new pads just grinded on the bad rotors in the front… at that time I asked the mechanic about another part I intended to get fixed cause it was squeaking bad ..he told me what it was.. I came yesterday told frank I need rotors and brakes and shock/struts… frank is a very friendly.. touchy man. One who talks over you and rambles on and on. He called me telling me I need this and that he HAD to replace. I said ok… pick car up total bal 1615 but he knocked off 500. Got in car went down the street and my front brakes.. the ones that just was changed.. rolled and had trouble stopping.. scary moment especially in broadway traffic .. also the sound I’ve been hearing (which was suppose to be shocks) was still squeaking and pads was still giving me squeaking as I stopped like it’s time for me to change them.. I turned back around to shop at 5:45 to find that everyone but one man was about to pull off. I still owe this man money and not happy at all about leaving with same problems… and i know all he gonna do is talk about another part and try to charge me.. I feel totally played. Lost a whole day of work (dropped off at 8 told him I needed car by 2 wasn’t done till 4)I recommend only people that have full knowledge or is a man to use this business cause I got felt on and flirted and then played with. I don’t even feel comfortable even going back to confront him cause I know all I’m gonna get is something bogus… sometimes I hate being a girl. Praying for the best ill keep yall updated

My daughter who lives in Ohio car broke down in Knoxville TN and these guys were God sends for her. They had my daughter back on the road in a couple of days and did a major engine job. They were fair with their price for the job also that is very rare in the auto repair field. I live in Florida and I'm going to drive my BMW there so these guys can work on it this coming spring or summer. I recommend these guys to the world because they deserve it. Fantastic, courteous service at a fair price. We were traveling through Knoxville when we had an unexpected issue. It was a Friday evening at almost 5:00. We were almost disabled but made it to two other repair shops who had no interest in helping us until Monday. One place even claimed to be open until 7 but all of their mechanics left at 5. We found this place and they didn’t hesitate to help us. They were super friendly and had us back on the road in a couple of hours.

This is really not a car repair review, because I have not actually been there... I only just discovered these guys. This is an incredible human review... The story is that I was absent minded last week and left my laptop (2020 MacBook Pro) on the roof of my car... One of the mechanics Ahmed saw it fly off my car, was kind enough to pull over and retrieve it, track me down, and send me a message to come get it... This story speaks to character and trust! This has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had with an auto repair facility in my 49 years of living. I'm from Chattanooga and my girlfriend borrowed the car to go up into Knoxville to run some errands on a Saturday. The car broke down in a McDonald's drive thru. Since it's our only car I was in a little bit of a panic since I had no way to get to her. It was after noon on a Saturday and by the time I got it towed to their facility it was about 2:30 in the afternoon. I was convinced that there was no way I could have it diagnosed and fixed over the weekend and that my girlfriend would be stranded and I would have no way to work on Sunday or Monday. As it turns out, these gentlemen at Save Auto diagnosed the problem and stayed past closing time so that my girlfriend could get back on the road. I don't expect someone to stay after closing time to help me out, but it's refreshing to me to see somebody take customer service seriously because it's something really seems to be lacking these days. I was beyond impressed and beyond grateful for them taking care of me the way they did. If I lived locally I would start taking all my cars over there for any repairs and maintenance I needed. So, take this review for what it's worth, but in my opinion these guys are awesome.

I had called them on a Saturday and they were able to get the car in that day, and had it finished Monday morning. The mechanic was so very kind and kept communication open throughout the process. And even helped me on the price a bit. We will definitely be back to see these guys for our cars needs.

When other garages were unable to take my car in to replace the fuel pump, these guys saw me that day and had it fixed in a few hours. When my a/c went out two weeks later I brought it in and Jack had it looked at straightaway. To be honest, I know nothing about cars, so it would've been easy to take advantage of me. Jack didn't do that- they saw it was something totally minor, fixed it, and sent me on my way... without charge! Save Auto Repair has found a loyal customer in me. I cannot recommend the place enough.

I struggled around to find someone to help me on a Sunday they happen to be there doing some repairs. they pulled me in the shop right away fix my issues with professional amazing service. they were knowledgeable upbeat understanding helpful. they did even more things to repair my car than I even asked for if you're in doubt at all about this place don't hesitate! please go there. You will not be let down I promise. I know a little bit about cars and have had a shop in the past and these guys did it all the right way. Thanks guys. I’m from Florida and got stranded in a parking lot as my car’s belt and tensioner broke. They were one of the few nearby shops open on Saturday that would come get the car and take a look at it. I was convinced I was going to have to leave it overnight but he surpassed my expectations and had it done the same day. Frank and the guys at the shop are great! Price was fair, their customer service is outstanding and they got me out of a pinch when no one else did! Thank you my friend and let me know whenever you’re in Orlando!

One of my worst experiences. The owner is super rude and pushy. Even though I had told him what my car problem was (a tie rod for 30$), he was pushing hard to sell four new tires to me with a price twice as much their real price (720$). He had me leave the car for 4 days to change the tires. When I came to pick it up, I saw he is trying to install a different brand!!and when I asked why he hasn't asked me for permission, he started yelling at me and insulting me!! Total nightmare

Frank and his crew are some of the kindest, most honest men I’ve met at an auto repair business. They are always clear about their time constraints and will not have you waiting hours for service. They have a great relationship with all of their clientele and they make me laugh endlessly every time I’m in. Frank really helped me out. Cut me a good deal and got me in the next day without an appointment. My oil coolant housing cracked on my road trip and I coasted to his shop while leaking oil. Leo diagnosed the problem and worked all day to tear the engine apart, replace the parts, and put it all back together, a Huge maintenance effort. They saved the day and my road trip. Save auto repair is amazing. I put my car in park but the brakes lights were still engaged. I needed it fixed as quickly as possible and couldn’t leave it the way it was to wait for someone to get me in because the battery power would have drained. I called and spoke to Frank at the shop, they got me in right away, diagnosed it and had the part installed within the hour for a reasonable price. The guys at Save Auto are the best! The first time they fixed my car they were less than half the price of the car dealership. I am now a regular customer. Today I came in for an oil change and they told me to come back to their VIP lounge. They took me into their office and served me an incredible Mediterranean dish called Kibbeh. It was AMAZING! Frank is not only a great mechanic but a great chef! They are honest kind knowledgeable fast and fair! I’m 57 years old and they are the best mechanics I have ever used.

Sent my BMW there a year ago have had words with frank was to put a new motor in and never ordered motor and have gone there several times and lied to over and over again that it will be ready next week. He was paid 9k upfront for faster service and continues to say he do not have the money to give back. Filed civil suit and looking into filing criminal charges for defrauding customer. Service paid and never rendered. I had to get at him for pulling gun on my stepson and had to get the law there. Not recommended to use. Won the lawsuit yesterday 7/25/24 against Frank and his attorney awarded 9k he has to pay. He lied that all receipts were fake as they printed and wrote them with their logo. He lied and stated he did not know Steve and then Steve was a customer. He lied and stated he do not sell cards when I bought 2 from him. The judge told him he lost all credibility with the proof I submitted mitigated on my own. I submitted his business record from city county building showing he lied about llc, receipts from purchases, police reports, printout of text messages. What a lovely day when the little guy beat these shady companies

I took my van to this shop after having it Tuned up somewhere else. It’s barely ran when I brought it in for a diagnosis. They told me that it had very low compression in one cylinder and that I would either need to have a Val job done or possibly replace the motor and they offered to do the work. They tried to charge me $350 for a simple diagnosis are we negotiated on 250. My van ran fine before This process of A simple tuneup and now I’m told I need a new motor. I decided to take it to another shop for a second opinion and it turns out that the firing order was off and a couple of spark plug. Wires were crossed. It’s simple fix and should’ve been a simple diagnosis. These people were trying to rip me off. Be careful. The owner Fred seems like a nice guy, but he is a crook.

I took my vehicle to different shops and was told by the majority it would have to be taken to the dealer. But when I got to save on Auto. Frank diagnosed the vehicle with an electrical problem and I was driving within the hour. They have great mechanics very knowledgeable. Frank is very intelligent and knows what he's doing.
