Do not use this place!!! I have given them over $9000 for new motor, new parts and labor. Was told Ford sent a faulty engine and my car was sent to dealer. They inspected and found the engine is fine and found my transmission was seized up and was more than likely caused by mechanic error. My transmission was fine from the beginning and the car only has 60,000 miles on a 2017. The man denied all accountability, gave me some story, accused me of saying things I never said, and gave me the run around.★☆☆☆☆ 10 months ago

I’ve brought my car by Vicki and Jim countless times now and I don’t plan on going to other shops! They’re communicative, reliable, and reasonable. Other reviewers should understand this shop works with a small crew And despite that they keep me in the loop with my car work even if there is a delay. I’ve never felt ripped off by this place and I greatly appreciate that with so many other auto shops charging an arm and a leg for small repairs !
