What a great experience I had with the service team at the Kingston Pike service center. Amber at the front was very sweet and kind making sure all my needs were met. The manager at the service center was kind and took his time explaining all services done to my car. Thank you for all you did to help me out! I will not hesitate to see you for all my vehicle’s needs.

Bought a 2018 fusion se good car good people but their service department is a joke my car had a engine shutter to it had the car for 7 months and they tell me it's bad gas. Which was not the case they just didn't want to fix something that was under warranty. So stay away from ol Ben Franklin in Knoxville TN if you need something fixed take it to a real dealer

When we bought the vehicle they agreed to fix the minor issues which never happened.. even after bringing it there 2 times as they kept requesting more time with it.. left it over a week just for them to say they are not able to fix it. They wasted our time and didn't stay true to their word! I dont think anyone in that whole place has any consideration when it comes to calling someone back when they said they would.. honestly I could write a book on it. Needless to say this was our worst car buying experience ever! Stay away from this place unless you could use a few good headaches!

A bunch of crooks! My daughter came down there to buy a 2007 Toyota four runner which was junk. I told her not to get it. Old Ben Franklin ran her credit score through 14 loan companies and ran it for a 2019 nissan versa that she wasn't even looking at. Now she has 14 inquiries on her credit score. Ole Ben Franklin knew her credit wasn't good enough that's why they did that!! Now it's really gonna look bad thanks to them!! I'm turning them into the BBB with all these letters she has gotten from all the different loan companies. I told her she should of know better than to come there worst car dealership in town!!!

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE SCAM YOU. I brought my car in because it was overheating. The mechanic told me they offered a free diagnosis and would let me know what was wrong, so I had it towed to them. A full day passed with no updates, so I called them. That’s when they told me my engine was blown and that it would cost $4,500 to fix it. I told them I needed some time to think about it. Later, I called back and asked how bad the engine was. The guy told me, “Oh, it’s blown. It can’t even move.” That immediately raised red flags because when my car was towed in, the driver drove it onto the truck. It was running smoothly—it just overheated every 10–20 minutes. I took an Uber and got a hotel about 2 miles away so I could figure things out in person. I told the front desk I was considering taking my car elsewhere and having a friend help me fix it. The woman there said I would have to pay $50 for the diagnosis. I reminded her that the man I spoke to on the phone said it was free. She replied, “It’s only free if we do the work.” I told her I’d think about it and return the next day. But when I came back, they were closed for the weekend. I ended up stuck in a hotel for two more days—just waiting to get my keys. I called the manager—the same guy who told me the diagnosis would be free—and he said he’d be at the shop later that day and would call me. He never did. Finally, on Monday morning, I paid the $50 just to get my car back. I carefully drove it back to the hotel, pulling over before it could overheat. The car still ran smoothly—again, no signs of a "blown" engine. That night, my friend and I spent $40 and 40 minutes to replace the thermostat—and now the car runs perfectly. No overheating. No issues. They tried to charge me $4,500 for a $40 fix. They wasted a week of my and my wife’s time, and left us stranded out of state. We ended up spending over $1,000 on Ubers, food, and hotels—all because they misdiagnosed (or outright lied about) what was wrong with my car. Do not trust these people. They will scam you.

I bought a work truck from them a couple weeks ago I had no issues buying it or going through the process of buying it. The truck is what I was looking for it runs and drives great had a few minor issues I fixed but over all it’s a damn good truck I’m happy with it.
