Sali rafuna sold me an SUV and he told me it's on good condition. But engine broke down 200 miles later. It show us up actually it was a rebuild engine. I lost $25k. Maybe he can do easy stuff. But don't trust him.

Don’t be fooled by the modest appearance of his shop. Sali did great work for a good price and got my car fixed promptly. I’ve used MF and others in the past and and I appreciate the better deal Sali could offer. Hope I don’t need to return but if I need future automotive work I’ll definitely be back.

Edit: He gave me bad advice and said it would probably be okay for me to drive. The cylinder wall got scratched and ended up needing a new engine. This could have been easily determined with a scope. Dealer wanted $20k for a new engine. Sold the body and bought a Toyota. Downgrading my review from 5 stars to 3 stars because of wrong diagnostic and bad advice. Original review: My Audi a4 allroad broke down on a road trip. Sali was kind enough to help me out on a Sunday, wich is his day off. He diagnosed the problem as the timing being off and charged me $85 for about 2 hrs of his time, not to mention making a special trip to work just for me, picking up the keys from my hotel, and multiple texts and phone calls. We decided it would be better to have the repair work done at the dealership because it should be under warranty from a previous job they did not too long ago. He seems honest and fair, give him a try.

While traveling in the Knoxville area, I had trouble with my Mercedes. The folks at German Automotive Service were extremely kind and helpful. They started working on my car right away so that I would be able to travel back to my home as planned. They were very friendly and responsive, and in a situation where they certainly could have price gauged me due to my situation, they charged me very fairly. I truly appreciate their help and expertise. If I ever have the chance to use their services again, I definitely will.
