OMG ! I was bringing my daughter from SC to pickup my VW convertible and was given bad news about the engine! It had to be fixed during the weekend and we called Sali! What a job! Fixed in nothing flat at a super reasonable price! Saved more heart burn!!!

Don’t be fooled by the modest appearance of his shop. Sali did great work for a good price and got my car fixed promptly. While traveling in the Knoxville area, I had trouble with my Mercedes. The folks at German Automotive Service were extremely kind and helpful. They started working on my car right away so that I would be able to travel back to my home as planned. They were very friendly and responsive, and in a situation where they certainly could have price gauged me due to my situation, they charged me very fairly. I truly appreciate their help and expertise. If I ever have the chance to use their services again, I definitely will.
