Went to Rent-A-Wheel to get 4 brand new wheels and tires and within a week two wheels caved in causing damage to the tires. Took the car back in they told me they couldn't get a replacement and they also didn't have matching tires. So their solution was to replace all 4 wheels with a different set, replace one tire with one that looks similar to the original but isn't the same, and remount a pre-existing damaged tire to a new rim. Of course I complained about a leak because the sensor tells me everyday. They told me it was my fault for hitting a pot hole and I would have to pay another $220.00 to get a new tire put on because the insurance wouldn't cover 4 wheels and 4 tires. I have never had a wheel collapse from hitting a pot hole in my life and now for some miraculous reason its my fault a product i just bought failed within a week. Meanwhile they want me to use the insurance I paid for to replace their mistake. Rent-A-Wheel is either selling cheap products with an insurance plan that doesn't even cover said product and/or not following correct weight ratios when installing wheels on vehicles. They obviously refuse to fix something that should be on them. Don't put your family at risk for someone's greed. Please buy somewhere else.

Went in and was greeted right away and was not hasseld at all or pressured, the staff was awesome and helped me with the set of wheels inwas interested in and even did a test fit to make sure i kiked them on my car and the fitment was right. We then sat down and talked about pricing and it was gone over professionally and I chose a package that fit my budget and they had me in and out in no time. And bonus i got a killer package with several cleaners and even a lug wrench tool to check my wheels. Definitely 💯 a great experience.

This place is very poorly ran. I was told online that they had all kinds of rims in stock for my car. I get there and they have no 17 inch rim so they say then he tells me I’m gonna have to pay for them to be shipped. then he told me he’ll get in contact with me a few days later still hasn’t done it. Your best bet is to go to R&R Tire. They rent rims as well. And they don’t make you pay for shipping and they have everything stocked that you need there and way better customer service skills

I'm giving this place redemption because one negative incident shouldn't reflect it's overall standing. I use to go here annually to upgrade rims, when I decide if I am doing my truck or another whip I'll be back. I got all of these rims from here. Affordable out the door cash prices.

Unprofessional, does your pre approval then calls? You asks you what you need. Dan tells you they will call you back. They never call you back. And then all of a sudden, what they said they could have next day. Takes two weeks to get in poor communications skills. Poor customer service in management would rather take the day off than to help a customer that is willing to pay cash outright, and not rent. They they just lost major money in this client. I will not use them. And I would not recommend anybody else use them because they have multiple different phone numbers. And then you spend half a day trying to find the right phone number to give them to answer. And the woman that does answer named Kat. It doesn't understand what'd you want to order.

I did business with them recently. Nate and Kat to be specific. They let me call them text them and bug them and for a week and a half straight. Changing my mind 5 times like I always do. They were patient, positive, and encouraging. Extremely helpful and had super fast responses. I am extremely greatful for their help and time. I highly recommend them and will use them for all future wheels purchases for sure.
