I don't usually post reviews, but this place is awesome! Service is quick and friendly and prices are great. I've bought several tires from them and never had a problem with them. Nice people doing quality work quickly for very cheap. I have an uncommon tire size, not only did they have it in stock with lots of tread, it was way cheaper than I imagined. A different tire had a slow leak that they patched up for free, until I insisted on paying for it. If everyone ran their business like these guys the world would be a better place. Bravo, friendly tire, bravo.

If you have wheels that you give two cents about don't bring your wheel to this sad excuse of a tire shop. Scratched my wheel up bad and ignored when I spoke up. Hispanic dude saw me dead straight talking to him about it and just stood there. Don't go here, new owner still terrible service. Worst tire shop in Knoxville.

My experience was just what I expected from a used tire dealer, actually it was even better. Initially I chose a very aggressive set of tires and wasn't happy with my choice they gladly swapped them out for a less aggressive set and not only that but they balanced them with all the weights on the inside so now I can clean my wheels up and they replaced all my valve stem caps with new matching ones.

The OWNER AND THE PERSON SELLING THE TIRES RIPPED ME OFF FOR 200 dollars and tried to steal a hubcap off of my car rim they then broke a bolt and off my tire and gave me the wrong size tires and when I came back for the warranty that they promised they would not give me my tire back and flipped me off DO NOT GO HERE

SHOULD HAVE LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS. I thought I was getting a great deal on tires. I bought 5 37's with pretty decent tread. I didn't have the time to mount that day but after looking at other reviews I'm glad I didn't. Took them to get mounted and 2 out of the 5 can't even be mounted due to the inner well being damaged. I called to return them because of the 30 day guarantee but apparently that only counts if the mount the tires. Which makes me wonder if they would have mounted them knowing they were defective. So now I have 3 tires I can't do anything with and 2 other tires that can't be used at all. 850 dollars down the drain. I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with people who don't stand behind their products or don't have good principles.

The young lady that runs this place is amazing. I had a 30-day warranty on a tire and it had to be replaced was not sure if it was their fault or if I hit a curb but she took care of me definitely would recommend this place. Will definitely be back to buy more tires thanks guys

Bought a tire with a warranty it went flat the same day. I got to looking at it and it has a plug in it. So I took it back and they acted like they put a new tire on it they didn't even take it off they gave me the same tire put goo around the plug that was already in it I didn't even make it home and and it blew out because of a big crack on the back side of the tire that honestly looks like someone drug a knife across it so it would eventually pop. Got pics but it won't let me put them on here. Deffinatly lost a customer

I wish I could give minus stars... I purchased 2 tires and they stripped a luggage stem when re mounting the rim. They tried putting my center cap over it to hide it. When I asked about it they were completely rude and immediately made me leave. This was the guy with the ponytail and the girl up front. 1,20,25. Horrible business.

Completely untrustworthy - Lady tried to sell me a tire that was 3.1% larger than the other tire on my front axle according to a tire size calculator... And then tried to give me some BS about how the reason I didn't believe her was because of the fact she was a woman Pro tip: anytime you see the words "under new management" - run

Avoid this place like the plague… Absolutely the worst tire shop experience I’ve ever had. I made a simple, honest mistake and told them the wrong side — which, let’s be real, happens all the time. Instead of handling it like a grown adult, the woman working there threw a full-blown tantrum. I’m talking throwing stuff, huffing and puffing like a toddler who didn’t get their way, storming about the place. Then she had the audacity to charge me an extra $10 for the “labor” of taking off and checking the tires — which, last I checked, is literally their job. The attitude was disgusting, the service was laughable, and the professionalism was nonexistent. Do yourself a favor: go literally anywhere else. Unless you enjoy being overcharged and talked down to by someone acting like they’re stuck in middle school.

Tires are good and cheap, but they scratched 3 of my 4 wheels! Very disappointed, I just got these new wheels as well. edit: i went back later to see if they’d refund me or help me out and he told me that the scratches would buff out.

Was in Knoxville for a doctor's appointment and just happened to stumble upon this place was planning 20 hour trip and needed two tires sold two matching tires like brand new for $50 each mounted and balance with a warranty excellent service nice people would highly recommend

Would not recommend this place I came there bought two tires ended up with 3 broken wheel studs on the left and one on the right called to talk to the manger and they said they didn’t do it also said “they don’t do business like that” but after I got the left side fixed I tried making my way home and the one on the right snapped due to them not tightening my lug nuts all the way clearly they were hand tight and not tightened like they were suppose to be.
