I’ve been going to Webb’s for awhile now as well as the rest of my family and they are great. Any time I’ve had any car issues I give them a call and they always get me in as soon as possible, most of the time it’s the same day. Unlike most car places, Webbs has extremely reasonable pricing and will break down the cost to you so you have no surprise charges for anything. They also are very good about explaining things about my car to me in terms I can understand and never make me feel stupid about it. I fully trust them with anything involving my car. Overall, Webbs is fantastic and I recommend them to everyone I know! I never write reviews but they seriously are the best place around!

Brakes went out on my truck while driving down the highway these guys got me in and out in 1 day. New lines calipers pads and all. If your from out of town and looking for an honest mechanic this is your place. Can't Thank Brian enough for what he did for me.

Wow!!!! I called Webbs and Bryan was wonderful far as customer service skills. He also said even if I called someone else in the meantime he wouldn’t be butt hurt but just be safe out there but the tone was just generous. Just for that I’m actually going to have them do service on my vehicle so everyone this place is an absolutely guaranteed must!!!!!!!👍🏾💯

This auto shop was amazing for us. While driving through Tennessee on our way to vacation, our water pump went out. They treated us like family! They were willing to do almost anything to help get us back on the road as quickly as possible. I can’t recommend this place more! Brian was great! But the whole staff was there to take care of us. This shop is great! I've used them a bunch and they are always honest. They actually tell you that you've got more life on your brakes/tires and to wait if that is what makes sense. They worked with me on a critical repair to get it done before going on vacation so I wouldn't need to rent a car. Very happy with this shop

I used to take my car here, for several years and after my past few experiences, I would NEVER take my car here or ever recommend them to anyone. Simply put, they are inept, incompetent and have to say, dishonest. I paid them $360 to replace my rear brake pads. Several weeks later, the brakes started screeching loudly and I noticed a loud clicking noise. Took it back to them TWICE to give them a chance to make it right. They didn’t fix the problem. My brakes weren’t ever screeching until they worked on it! Had enough and took it to Auto Extend and they told me that my emergency had been over tightened and that my brake pads had basically been burnt up! That’s a new one, a shop sabotaging their own work, maybe they did it intentionally? Auto Extend replaced my rear pads and drums for $306, less than Webb’s charged me for just pads! I had warnings that Webb’s was dishonest before this, but this experience totally confirmed that notion. They screwed me out of about $360, but now it will be a personal crusade to tell everyone I know exactly how Webb’s does business, this shop Is shady as hell and I hope they go under once people see who they really are.

I've used these guys 3 times since the day before Easter 2025. Each time I just showed up and they worked me in and took care of the problem. Each time they were able to fix the problem in a timely matter and at a much lower price than I was expecting. Everyone I have communicated with has been super nice and personable. I'm a temporary resident of the area and I only have the one vehicle, so it's vital that I am able to not have to wait days to get it back on the road... Each time the guys at Webb's Complete Auto Care made sure my needs were met, always with a friendly smile and at what I believe was a fair price.

Had trouble with my car starting and two places I went told me I needed an alternator and one place that tested. It said it was the voltage regulator. I told Brian at Webb that I needed a new alternator when I dropped the car off at about 515 Wednesday night. Thursday morning no later than 1030. He had already done complete diagnostics and look over at my vehicle. The only problem he found was my battery was on its way out… He replaced the battery and the car has been running great since I got it back I would like to just take a moment and recognize the honesty and hard work that this gentleman has done. He could have replaced an alternator and called it a day but he did not. He did did right by me even as a new customer. And he helped me in more ways than one.. I was ill surely be back next time I need something.
