This is a Christian family owned mechanic shop. Everyone was really nice. I called a few shops and they had the best price to replace my transmission. I will keep going to them for all my car repairs in the future.

We called then saying we had trouble with our car and if he could help he said he will take a look at it before he went to a graduation he looked at it and told us what was wrong then fixed it right then and there we did not have to wait for someone to get there to fix it he also had all the parts delivered so we did not have to wait till next day

I called at 9 am to see if they could take a look at my car. I partially already knew the problem which helped with the timing, but he had it fixed and working by 9:30 am. The pricing was fair and great. He did all the work while I was standing right there and showed me everything that was wrong. He also told me future things to look out for that he just noticed as he was working and what to do if something were to happen/to maintain the car. There were also two very nice women at the shop who were crocheting, and I got to buy a valentine's bag they had made with candy in it. I've been looking for a good mechanic ever since I moved to Knoxville/Maryville in 2018 and am used to mom and pop shops, so this place was a great find.

Had my power steering go out then was fine as soon as I turned the car on. Looked on Google and found Billy and his crew - I couldn’t have asked for a better mechanic! They were all knowledgeable and down-to-earth people. Billy and his crew are gonna make sure the job is done and done right. Prices were reasonable as well. NRC has gained a loyal customer.
