Asked three times for an estimate on a muffler delete. Took then almost a week to get it to me but still keep sending emails wanting a review. Seem more concerned with that. Estimate is $400 more than a few months ago, very strange? I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Almost $1,000 for a muffler delete is ridiculous and you shouldn't have to ask three times for one.

I just recently brought my 11 crown Vic and got sw long tube headers and cat back exhaust installed and they tuned it as well. It has been a dream of mine to be able to get that done to it and I am super stoked and satisfied with the job they did on it for me. RM performed $600 worth of unauthorized work on my car and wouldn't release it without payment. RM is 0/2 for the cars I've brought them. Both jobs turned out to be complete disasters, either in the short or the long term. Their work has been careless in several instances and extremely slow in all instances (usually months). Communication is consistently poor. I never felt like a priority here and RM did not take care of me as a customer. They utterly failed to be a trustworthy, professional, dependable shop. Learn from my mistake - stay away.

Being from Europe I was not sure if I could trust this company. I saw the positive reviews and contacted them. As from then I was absolutely amazed by the competencies, flexibility, friendliness, openness, honesty, response times, etc. And even months after I bought the piece they were there to help me with advice from their engineer. I have a red 08 Pontiac G8 which had a blown motor. RM Motor Werks exceeded my expectations on an already supercharged vehicle where they replaced my old engine that created its own additional exhaust manifold exits when it blew up. That was back on the later half of covid. Here we are 2025 and my sleeved motor runs like it was just built from the factory from day 1. Built-Sleeved cylinders, Forged Rods and Pistons, Fore-Innovations twin pump fuel system, on an already torquestorm supercharged car. I still get asked about my car every where I go with it. I'd do it again if I had to, even with the strain caused by covid because of the top notch build quality. 2 and a half years later and still going strong.

Great performance shop especially for my high end cars. Thanks to Craig he is a Porsche owner and enthusiast that got my car running the best it ever has and no one else in the area would tune it. I didn’t think my Porsche turbo s could be any better but he proved me wrong. The launch control hits hard and brought my car 0-60 under 2 seconds. I highly recommend them and could not be happier!!!

I had the work to my mk4 supra done at rm motorwerks. My technician Colton was excellent! Very thorough and ocd with his work. He showed me progress along the way. He is one of the only people I would trust to touch my supra at this point. Now, I've now known roddy for a year and a half. He's a great guy. We have at times argued like a married couple over different issues, but always found common ground. In the time my car has been in and out for different reasons, there have been quite a few service writers, some good, others, fairly ignorant when it comes to vehicles, it was just a job to them (they are no longer there). Communication between done service writers to roddy back to writers and then to customers was lacking at times. Communication between me and roddy was always good tho. Prices on things can be rather shocking on some things. And sticking to certain prices quoted as best as possible would be good, but I do understand things come up. It's building a car, rarely does anything go 100% smooth. Roddy has always been friendly, even when I would lose my cool over certain things, but he would always try and do the right thing. I feel like at times, time management for certain things was lacking and one thing that I was never happy about, is that I requested that I get to see the car for a dyno run/ pull, which I never got, and was never offered during that time. It was my first time having a car on a dyno and it would have been epic for me to be there to see and hear it. But can't change that. All in all, my experience was good with a few hiccups along the way. I would rate everything as a whole an 8.5, which is very good by my standards.
