He helped my mother and father in law out of a jam. Their transmission went out in their van while we were on vacation in pigeon forge. He got it done in a day and a half which was awesome. Our vehicle broke down while vacationing from Wisconsin. Murrell went out of his way to help us find a different shop in the area when he couldn't service us same day. No one else could so we stopped by and he looked at it anyway. Ended up fixing warrantied transmission and helped us through the claim process. Was more helpful than our regular auto shop back home. Treated us as regular customers even though we were from out of state and probably will never use his services again! A stand up guy!

One of the worst I ever seen, been in the business for over 30 years, very rude and disrespectful, want to charge the same price of the Dealer you need to learn how to deal with people, not recommended.
