LOVE this place because they are honest even if it means less money for them. I've had some body work done here as well as basic services like oil changes and tires. With the body work, I was offered a few different repair options, ranging from "we can locate an OEM part that will take X days and cost $Y" to real I-know-a-guy solutions like "we can put a zip tie on it and you probably won't be able to see it." They were right, I couldn't see the zip tie and they barely even charged me labor for it! I just went in for an oil change after an unknown time had passed since the last one, and they told me that my full synthetic oil looks great and they don't recommend getting it changed. They inflated my tires and did a quick vehicle inspection and noted a few things for me to keep and eye/ear on, then sent me on my way for $0. What?! Awesome, thank you! I will always come back here.

Charged me $150 to hook up a scan tool to my car to tell me what I already knew what was wrong with my car cause you can get it scanned for free at Auto parts stores. Dropped the car off didn’t even mention a diagnosis fee would not recommend anybody

David the Mgr was my conduit for a Carvana warranty claim. He was a stand-up guy and he and his mechanics went above and beyond in my opinion by not installing damaged used transmissions in my 20 Edge. They get paid either way the integrity is appreciated. Now I have a mechanic but as you know a good mechanic is worth their weight in gold. David and his staff now my back up and will be used as needed. This is no slight and high praise from me. Thanks ✌🏾

Had all rotors and brake pads replaced in November. Had to take car back in within a month for grinding. Was told it was from excessive braking causing heat. So they shaved some of rotors. 2.5 months later, back in the shop for the same issue and calipers. Clearly they put a bandaid on a bigger issue and instead of actually finding out why there was excessive heat to the rotors the first time; they just chalked it up as I was riding the brakes too much. Manager was absolutely no help and refused to say they should have done more the 2nd time I had it in the shop to diagnose the issue. Instead just wanted to talk about what another shop should have done when they should have been the ones to originally do that in the first place. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my car to a different shop and PAYING to have things replaced, rather than dealing with them and having it done for free still under warranty. I would never go back to this place. Cost me about 2k originally, and going to cost me another 2k. But it’s better than dealing with the individuals at this location on Kingston pike.
