Terrible with communication!!! Tried for three days to call and get answers about my car, and nothing! Emailed called text left voicemail even facebook messages and nothing from Frank or Tonya! Im a mother of three all of my childrens things for school and sports was in my car! Even my childrens car seats! Highly unsatisfied with my service i received from instant auto and would NEVER recommend ANYONE to this dealership! There once was a man named Shawn that worked there that actually had a heart for his customers but ever since hes been gone the dealership is complete bs!! There was seriously two cars on the lot when i finally was able to get a ride to the dealership to get my car. Wouldnt even know it was a dealership! Rhey open at 10 called and called no answer. Left my job and get to the dealership and 1120 ish and no one was there open sign off! I walked in and the one man that was there wouldnt even come out with me saying hello pretty load through the office. Heartless heartless bunch of people!!!!!!!!!!! Just a warning the are greedy people and dont understand hard times!

My wife and I have bought 2 cars in the past both where great cars. And Shawn was always great to work with,my wife stopped in a week ago to see if Shawn was in to get us in another car and was very saddened to learn Shawn is no longer with you all and you are no longer doing buy here pay here.
