They came out and helped me get my stubborn wheel bearing off of my 2016 Lexus RX350 when I was struggling for HOURS. He was not only super nice but incredibly helpful and only charged me the road call fee and no extra charges. The part came off in less than 10 minutes when he showed up! On a long drive and kept getting warnings on and off about my engine being hot anytime I was over 65-70mph or using cruise control. Called Flack and spoke with Heather, and after agreeing to the $80 service fee (ended up being $98 with taxes and other fees), she and IV met me at O’Reilly Auto Parts to take a look and make sure I was okay to keep driving without issues. When they arrived, they were super friendly and clearly knowledgeable. IV and Heather explained what IV was looking for (checking the coolant reservoir, trying to see the thermostat/sensor, and checking the oil to make sure a gasket hadn’t blown) as he was working so that I could understand and learn what to watch out for once I was back on the road. Ultimately, they helped me refill my nearly empty coolant tank and sent me on my way with instructions on what to do if I was still having issues once I was on the road again. Grateful I found them!

Showed up late after promised. Showed up to what appeared to be intoxicated on something. Wife did most of the talking to keep you distracted. Couldn’t finish. Promised to return at 11am next day and didn’t call or show after numerous texts and calls. Don’t use them please.

We had our alternator fail mid drive about 30 minutes outside of Knoxville on a road trip. Even though it was after closing hours, they took care of us and got us back on the road quick. Really above and beyond service.

The reason that i left 3 stars is because you guys gave me and my wife great service at first. When you dropped the radiator in that was perfect but the issue is still there the car is still leaking antifreeze and I’ve been un able to travel. You guys said you would return and haven’t said a word. i will consider 5 stars once we can speak about the situation. I know you do good work but after this snow storm I’m not sure what has happened like adults.

I am from out of town about 4 hours away and got hit in a fender bender on the weekend. I called Flacks on a Sunday to come and tell me how bad my car was if it was able to be driven back home or not. They came out to me within less than an hour, did a full diagnostic, read my codes on my car, recommended next steps and were super nice and knowledgeable. I also appreciated they were up front about their $80 service charge and even wrote a detailed paper receipt for me to give my insurance. Highly recommend them!
