Fantastic customer service and communication. James was super awesome and Kimberly was very helpful as well! I had been buying tires at Costco and have never had a good experience there with their indifference. I have used this Firestone location before for service, and was happy with that and thus moved my tire buying to them and very glad I did! Could not be any happier. In addition to the tires, we had a squeaky belt and/or pulley. Instead of wanting to start replacing everything, this stand up place said let's start with the belt and go from there. Fixed the problem without extra labor and expense. Many thanks!

Came in to have a small finishing nail removed from my tire. It was nowhere close to the sidewall and they refuse to fix it. Say it’s against their policy and that I needed a new tire this place is constantly trying to rip you off even though they sell you your hazard insurance. I waited an hour for this I looked at the nail and marked the nail before I even took it in and it was nowhere even close to the sidewall, and the nail wasn’t even long enough to puncture the sidewall. And just like I overheard one of the techs talking to a customer that just had an oil change and all of a sudden there engine light is on now. And that they would need to bring it back in so they could dig into it because it did not happen due to the oil change. What ever happened to honesty and not always ripping people off. Here is their policy. Firestone's tire patching policy focuses on safety, generally allowing repairs for punctures in the tread area only, smaller than 1/4 inch, and away from the shoulder/sidewall, using a professional patch-plug method that maintains the manufacturer's warranty. Tires with side bubbles, larger holes, or damage on the sidewall are not repairable and often require replacement, with coverage potentially available through their Road Hazard Protection Plan if purchased. Key Criteria for Repairable Tires: Location: Puncture must be in the main tread area, not the sidewall or shoulder. Size: The hole should generally be 1/4 inch (6mm) or smaller. Type of Damage: Simple punctures from nails or screws are repairable; irregular cuts, gashes, or damage from impacts usually aren't. Run-Flats: May need replacement if driven on below 15 PSI. I will attach a picture before take it to Walmart tomorrow to get patched. Update. Just left Walmart with a repaired tire. The nail was no where near the sidewall and was able to be patched. And they did not try to sell me a new tire. So needless to say if you are getting tires from this place do not buy the road hazard because they refuse to honor it and want to sell you a new tire. It’s just a way for them to get more money out of you.

I’ve been using this Firestone for years and I have had nothing but excellent service! They’ve now helped me with multiple vehicles for going on 5 years, and I’ve had just about every service imaginable done lol. This place is horrible just throws parts at the problem and never actually fixes the problems. Waist of time and money. After 6 times in the shop. Still not fixed and $1500 dollars spent along with 6 days of lost time I will never get back. The shop is saying the Catalytic Converter is clogged. Took to muffler shop and Catalytic Converter is good, muffler good no leaks and Manifold tested all Good.Now having to spend my Saturday off relplacing the intake Power Steering pump Hose that was damaged during last visit.

Typically a great experience here. i have a lifetime alignment service on my vehicle but this most recent time i had new tires mounted and needed an alignment. made an appointment and was in an out in 40 minutes. took the car and was steering wheel wasn’t centered and pulling to the right when centered. took it back a week later and waiting 3 hours to fix their mistake because they can’t find a part to finish the alignment.

I just wanted to say that this Firestone is impeccable! Doug, James, and Alex went above and beyond on helping me with a very tragic event as I was traveling to work a 6ft pole pierced my gas tank and were able to replace it with authentic Toyota parts in less than a week, if you need something in a timely manner they will deliver! They were very efficient with their communication, I was also impressed on how they went above and beyond to get me on the road and safe with their lifetime alignment, since I do travel quite a bit for personal and work! I had some work done by the guy who has fixed all of my cars for YEARS with no problems. He told me that I would need an alignment, so I made an appointment online for the following day at 10am. At 6 am I received a text that they needed to move my appointment to 12pm and to give them a call. Cool, I understand, things happen. Get there at 12, they don’t get my car in until 12:45, again I get it. I have the lifetime FREE alignment from the last time I was there (that’s a whole different story) but then comes who fixed your car question because blah blah blah. Stated that “my car almost fell apart” because everything was loose.. they charged me $90 to tighten whatever was “loose”. I do not believe it. Every single time I have been there, the price changes and it isn’t lower! He told us that he did the best he could in the time frame he was given (WTH does that even mean, we were there for over two hours!!!!

I asked to have my car looked at and aligned because when I hit bumps on the road my car would sway. I had the alignment done and they said everything was fine even though my car kept swaying. Not even a week later my front left tire comes off, going 70 on the interstate and sparks flying because my whole wheel came off the axle. Come to find out my ball joint pin was snapped and was just free floating and that’s what was causing the sway. Even though I had them look at my car and aligned it (I had the lifetime alignment which may be why it wasn’t looked at properly) they never looked at the ball joints whatsoever. They just aligned it and never looked at my car. This ended up totaling my car completely and it could have caused a serious if not life threatening injury if I wasn’t lucky enough to not hit another car or flip my car. When I called after totaling my car from their lack of attention I was told they never wrote down that my car was swaying therefore they never looked into it. They also stated they had a new kid working and he must’ve not checked my car thoroughly before doing the alignment. No actual apologies just excuses. They did try to offer me a reduced lifetime alignment on my new vehicle because I was forced to buy a new vehicle after totaling my car and the only thing they cared about was offering a discounted lifetime alignment for my new vehicle. Not even to fix my car for free from their mistake. MY CAR WAS TOTALED DUE TO THE LACK OF TRAINING TO YOUR EMPLOYEES AND MY LIFE WAS PUT IN DORECT DANGER BECAUSE OF THAT! I told them I did not trust them to touch another vehicle of mine and all they said was “I understand” still no apology whatsoever. I hope no one else has this happen and I hope the CEO sees this. Do not take your vehicle here. They do not care and you are not safe with them. Please head my warning and my experience. I have had other issues with them in the past and tried to give them a chance but this was my breaking point.
