Very honest business. They will only do the work that is needed and will not tell you to get work you do not need unlike, like a dealership would or other chain repair places. Took my car in for an oil change Big O , they said I needed a front end alignment and a new battery. Got a second opinion from Alignment Professionals and I need neither of that work done. I trust Alignment Professionals to be honest do good work, at a fair price. Thank you for being honest and I will be back for any front end or brake work again.

Do not use the people to align your sprinter van. They are frauds and the perform terrible work. They will absolutely tell you the alignment work they’ve performed is dead on when in actuality it’s dead off, seriously do not use them. Re your rebuttal: I have proof (alignment before and after printout) from the MB Dealer showing that the toe-in and camber were out on both front tires. I was told by you that both were dead on to factory specs. I stand by my earlier statement that you are not performing good front alignment work.

It's so great to have car maintenance businesses that is actually honest, and doesn't try to charge and arm and leg for the service. I called today. And even though they were scheduling out two business days and were extremely busy, they knew I needed to have my car worked on asap, and they fit me in. Not problem. My parents have gone here for over 15 years and have always bragged on them, and now I'll recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much guys.

First time customer for alignment on my Ford F150 . First and foremost I am a retired auto-body tech and rarely have my vehicles worked on as I do most repairs myself. I'm always skeptical of repair shops. Tim (tech) showed me issues with the control arm bushings and promptly completed the repairs after explaining the process and cost. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff (owners?) are beyond friendly and the whole process was just a great experience. I will be back for all my suspension needs!! THANK YOU !!

Though one will need to pay for an estimate for repairs (my estimate was less than $70), if you have the work done there, you will get half of that back when paying for the repair. I checked around against their estimate, and of the three of four who gave me estimates by phone, ALL were higher by several hundred dollars. Not only was their own estimate the lowest, but they gave me a ride home, and picked me back up to get my vehicle, so I didn't need to wait there, or have someone pick me up. Everyone was friendly. Heads up: Using a card to pay adds 3.5% to the cost (which they tell you), so bring cash to save money.

Incredible shop - my 1998 Lexus GS400 was in a collision and my front left suspension was bent and out of spec. I took it to alignment Professionals after seeing that my control arm was bent and they find another arm and a ball joint that was bent. Finding more components that were bent wasn't a fun thing but it is good when safety is priority and bringing the car back to normal was key. First they did an inspection and let me come and look at it myself and the technician (Tim) did a fantastic job on checking my suspension out. I dropped the car off and the car was ready the next day. I love shops like this because they are honest, nice, and they know exactly what to do. They are old school gold and they use modern tech. My car drives smooth like it did before the collision and was affordable compared to other shops or dealers. When I went to pick up my car I met the owner and he was a nice person with an incredible shop. I will definitely come back for all my needs. As a plus, the office representative (Jackie) was very nice and she kept me posted on all the work that was being done on the car.

Without being warned about inspections fee prior the check up, this place charged me for $67 for less than 5 mins spot checked. They ripped me off! too easy money for them. Beware this place!

I always look into a place before dropping a car off. I was referred there and the recommendation was spot on. My car is lowered and the tech, Ronnie, was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting me where I need to be. And even gave some options of adjustable upgrades. Definitely recommend to anyone.

This is a small family owned and operated business that you can trust to do top quality work and treat you like family. I had many bad experiences with other alignment and suspension shops before I found Alignment Professionals. Once I found them (over 10 years ago), they've been the only place I take my vehicles for any of the services they offer. Always polite, professional, honest, and they 100%stand behind their work. If you want it done right, the first time, and at a fair price, this is your shop.

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT suggest this business. Avoid. Stay Away! Unless you just have no budget and don’t care if your money goes to support greedy crooks who care only about stealing your money!!! Allow me to explain…. I went to Alignment Professionals to have my alignment done on my car. It was so out of wack it was to the point of being dangerous…especially in the rain!!! So I arrive, they take my car in the shop and I sit in the waiting room. Not too long afterwards, the technician popped back inside to tell me that he was sorry, but that he could not align my vehicle due to a bent strut. This was the first I’d heard of this issue, but he took me into the bay and showed me that the strut was indeed slightly bent on the passenger side front. I asked him if he could align it anyway and he expressed that he could technically do it but that he was just trying to save me money as I’d just have to have my vehicle realigned after the strut was fixed. So, I was disappointed, but asked for a quote on fixing the problem. I was not only handed an absolutely outrageously high quote, but I was then told I had to pay $80 for the diagnosis from the technician. Concerned about paying for -no work- having been done on my vehicle, I was assured that if I went through them to fix the problem, that my $80 would go towards the $120 alignment that I originally came in for. So I took the quote and started doing my research. I was quoted around $499 for the strut parts -per side- when I saw a set of struts for my car going for $250 on the higher end if I ordered them online! And $499 didn’t even cover labor which was quoted at multiple hours! Needless to say, I did -not- go through AP to repair the problem. I bought the $250 set of both front strut assemblies and my father’s mechanic buddy had both of them replaced and the at ready to go in 30-40 minutes! So not even an hour’s worth of labor!! But, alright I wasn’t going to hold the ridiculous quote against Alignment Professionals, and decided to give them another chance. Because now that my strut was no longer bent, I still needed an alignment, right? So I call up this company, and end up being told that because I didn’t pay Alignment Professionals over 1200-1500.00 to replace both front struts, they were NOT going to give me credit towards the alignment work that I needed if I were to come back there to get my alignment done! So basically, I paid Alignment Professionals $80 to do ZERO work on my car! The owner guy in the office started trying to argue with me that this was their policy etc. but I just hung up on him. It’s a crooked policy that makes “Alignment Professionals” look like nothing but a bunch of professional THIEVES. Literally they hooked my car up to the computer deal, and that’s it. No alignment was ever done. I received a ridiculously high quote and I got nothing but argumentative defensiveness of their company’s screwed up backwards policy from the owner?? instead of empathetic and understanding customer service!! I was literally driving around in April & May downpours sliding dangerously all over the road it felt like I could barely control my car because my vehicle needed an alignment so badly. I was chewing through used tires like nobody’s business, and to top it off, I couldn’t go to another shop because I spent the only money I had on a greedy, self-centered, sorry excuse for a company to do -nothing- to my car!!!!!! To top that off when I finally get everything sorted, they still refuse to be helpful, and wanted to do nothing but argue with me over the phone about how it was their company policy to take my money for doing no work to my car.

Great old school alignment shop! Combines decades of experience with new alignment technology. These folks know what they're doing, and do it well. This is a Bible based Christian business that is established on true principle. Highly recommend!

Great experience and excellent customer satisfaction. My Jeep has a 4.5 lift and 32 inch tires and the suspension was way off and they got it back in line.

These people are AWESOME! As you can see by the photo, I have a very special vehicle! Zippy, as I call it, requires special handling, and this is the place that was recommended to me multiple times to have a much needed alignment done. They did a fantastic job, quickly and reasonably priced! Who could ask for more? This place has been Zippy Aproved!

Awesome alignment shop! Best in Knoxville for classic cars as well as all modern vehicles. I’ve taken Derrill and his crew several classic cars and trucks over the years. Always first quality work.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I had new tires installed and contacted alignment professionals to do an alignment. They upsold me on 1500.00 worth of new front end parts. Two months later I notice my tires are wearing out and start looking at their work. I see loose bolts from shoddy workmanship. I'll be taking my vehicle somewhere else to have this mess straightened out. Luckily I noticed the issue before this caused an accident. In short I wouldnt recommend Alignment pros for any repairs whatsoever.

Good people, fair rates for an excellent standard of service. The other local auto maintenance shops recommend them for their alignment and brake work. I had my brakes done, and they spoke with me over the phone while it was being worked on to help me determine what I wanted to do versus what could be done, helping me stay in budget.

I had an alignment done there this morning and they were able to correct my alignment problem. I had taken it previously to a tire shop a few days ago and they said that they were not able to get it aligned. Ronnie is the person who worked on my GMC pick up truck and he explained to me exactly what all the dimensions and numbers Met. I am very satisfied with the work that I had done there.
