Great effort but the prices I was quoted and what I was charged was totally different. Also.. I bought new tires that was supposed to come with an alignment but it didnt.. one month later I had to buy more tires... Straight rip off is what this was...... Also.. they backed into the front of my car and never repaired the damages that they caused.

Rafael may have love for his passion and craft but he's not reliable nor honest or ethical. He illegally parked my car, got it towed and did not reimburse me for any fees because he CAUSED a problem with my car and didn't fix it.

I was referred to Rafael by someone on Facebook. I contacted him about a quote, sending pictures and describing what all was going on with my vehicle after being hit by someone. This included exterior damage, a missing bumper reflector, and my vehicle intermittently not starting. We arranged a tow from my home and my vehicle was picked up on 2/25. On 3/2 he provided me an update about parts he was waiting on & some unrelated issues he found. I asked about the cause of the starting issue, he said he'd check. On 3/5 I asked again for an update on the starting issue. Asked again on the 7th, provided more explanation on the matter and he said he'd dig deeper and let me know. He touched base again on the 9th informing me my parts had arrived, and that he'd check the starting issue. 3/11 I replied saying sounds good. Never heard back about it. 3/13, I decided I wanted to pick my car up and take it elsewhere for the starting issue and any other issues, since there was a lack of communication in addition to such a prolonged repair as it was already. Picked my vehicle up 3/15. Bumper reflector had not been replaced. But my front door seemingly had been, because my key does not fit anymore. Either the original lock should have been removed and installed in the new door, or I should have been provided a key for the new door. This was never mentioned to me, or thought of apparently. The stars I did give are for Rafael and his team. They are great. And the quality of what WAS repaired was great. But these small details are important when paying for a service. Car Place of Frisco had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks.

This is my first time going to Car place of Frisco. I heard they were kinda new in the area. But, I also heard many good things about them. I was hearing a humming noise that was coming from one of my wheels. Car place of Frisco was able to pinpoint the exact problem and get it fixed for me, all within one day! Also, the best part of it is when I took my car there I was going to Uber back home, but the owner of the shop actually took me home for free. Wow!!! This is a great shop and I highly recommend these guys!! They know what they’re doing and have tons of experience to show it!! I’m a customer for life!!

I can not express how grateful I am to have found Rafael & Car Place of Frisco. I will gladly recommend to family, friends and strangers. There were multiple things wrong with my vehicle and Rafael was able to show me exactly what the issues were so that I could visually understand it all. That made me feel comfortable in trusting him to make the repairs. He got my car done quickly and he was very open & honest and there was great communication during the process.He was willing to start earlier & stay later so I could get back on the road which shows me how dedicated he is. It is hard to find someone that doesn’t try to take advantage of the customer (especially females) in this industry so from now on this is the only place I will have my vehicle worked on.
