Thanks to their fantastic service department, my car is performing beautifully at 170k miles with the promise of many, many more miles to go. If I ever need another car, I absolutely plan to buy a Volvo from Crest. Their service department is phenomenal - how many times can you say that about a dealership?

My service advisor Jordan, was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely kind and caring. He kept me informed and updated on the status of my vehicle continually. He made sure I understood the pros and cons of the mechanics suggestions. His thoughtfulness, positive attitude and caring made my stressful experience more pleasant. I truly appreciate his honesty and trust. I traveled 30 to 45 minutes from my home to have my car maintenance performed by Crest Volvo versus the Volvo center that is nearest to me. It’s is largely due to Jordan and the excellent service that Crest Volvo provides.

Outstanding service! The service advisor Fabian was patient and explained everything so clearly, which really helped since I don’t know much about cars. He kept me updated the whole time and even sent me the inspection video via email. He also arranged rides to and from my home. My car came back spotless, and everyone—from the advisor to the shuttle driver—was so kind and thoughtful. They even had my car running with the A/C on when I arrived to pick up my car. Truly above and beyond!

Ally G was phenomenal. Her understanding of the service process at crest made it so incredibly intuitive to have the work done. As the days passed my wife would remind me of various issues she had experienced and I was able to shoot Ally a note and she would get it added to the list and taken care of. Additionally, my grandmother had a serious health emergency during the service period and she went to the GM to get special approval to take the loaner a few extra miles out of state, which was miraculous. I generally have always hated service managers because of their predatory "up-sell" practices. She was so very pleasant to interact with from start to finish. I would not take my Volvo to another shop if you paid me to. Additionally, the professionalism of Billy Delgado cannot be understated. As the family "car buyer" I've been to dozens of dealerships and he, along with others, have been great to work with when discussing a purchase. Crest Volvo is an incredible facility and it's clear that the company takes excellent care of its employees.

I want to share my appreciation for Ally as my service advisor. She was extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She clearly explained what needed to be done, what needed to be looked at, and kept me informed every step of the way. I wasn’t even expecting a wash and clean - most dealerships say they wash your car, but you can usually tell it was a quick job. This time, my ride looked like I had just driven a brand new car off the lot. That level of care and attention really stood out. The only disadvantage was the cost, but that’s life - and the service, communication, and overall experience made it clear where the value went. After this experience, I fully understand the Volvo service reputation. Ally represents the brand incredibly well, and I’m grateful for how well she took care of both me and my vehicle.

UPDATE: A few drives after getting the exhaust replaced (see below) wife heard a clicking noise so we look under the car, nothing. A day later we look again and the frame piece is completely hanging by ONE BOLT. They didn't tighten the frame piece?? WHY? We've had had our Volvo XC90 since 2021. We LOVE our Volvo, I HATE the service. We've done the vast majority of our service at this dealership and the latest was the last straw. My wife went in for a check engine light at 73k miles. The dealership quoted hear approx. $4000 for an exhaust manifold issue. A simple google search will tell you that exhaust issues are covered for 80,000 miles by a federal law. After pushing back they did it for free. They would have charged her thousands if we didn't say something. THIS is why people don't trust dealerships. In addition to the above when we take the car in for service they tell her they will inspect the car and call her back, they almost never do. When SHE initiates the call, they always say the same thing "oh I was just going to call you". Its RIDICULOUS. When we first got the car we wanted LED runners for the small kids, the ski rack and a few other accessories. They wanted thousands for these items. I found them from another dealership for nearly HALF the price shipped from other state. There are no other Volvo service issues in North Dallas or we would have left a long time ago. Unfortunately this service department is the reason we really don't want to continue to Volvo for our next car. LOVE the car, LOVE the brand, HATE the service.
