Went in at about 12 for an oil change, when I got back home my car was dripping oil all down the street, took a quick look under my car and could see the bottom panel coated in oil. It has to be towed to the dealership now because I live just over half of an hour away from this location, and there’s no chance I can make it up there in time before work. Nick was working the register and told me the printer was busted, we both double confirmed my email but no receipt was ever sent, but the charge still went through- huge sink of time and money, and it likely won’t be over until the end of the week.

This was my first and last visit to Take 5. After waiting an hour in the line for a “10-15min oil change.” Nick(who was one of the managers) was very rude! I will not be going back. Thanks to Mercedes and Edwin for trying to make the situation better.

Great service, somewhat fast, kind and honest people, BUT $120 for an oil change!? Seriously? I get the same oil change at Walmart for $60. Granted, you have to wait 2 hrs at Walmart, but for 1/2 the price I think is work waiting. This price was for a Hyundai Tucson 2022 I selected Premium which is listed at $85! (should have looked before going) and then $35 for what? Fees and taxes? Great service, but I won't be coming back.

From initial greet it took 34 minutes to get an emissions test completed with only one car ahead of me…all 3 bays were full. And atleast one car behind Once in the bay the service was efficient and completed without delay or issues. I’ll definitely use these guys from now on rather than making an appt at a garage further away!

Won’t top off for free as advertised! Wanted to charge me for topping off. Which I have always paid. Said it’s their policy. This location has their own separate policy against Take 5!! Rude and unprofessional people!

The employees who assisted me were very friendly. Getting my inspection was quick and easy once I was being seen. There wasn’t a lot of communication though. The line next to mine opened up and I wanted to move over, but they had directed me to the line I was in. It wasn’t efficient use of my time and the employees didn’t communicate whether or not I could move over to the empty line. But the employees I did speak with were kind and respectful.

I have always gone to Kwik Kar for my oil changes, but today my dog was being extra clingy so I decided to try this place so we could just sit in the car while they did it - I am SO HAPPY I decided to give them a try! I arrived about an hour and a half after they opened and was greeted very quickly with a cold bottle of water. They had me in and out within 30min. I interacted with 3 different employees and every one of them was nice, spoke clearly, and was very helpful! I will absolutely be a return customer!

UPDATE the corporate promise me a call back from a manager and no one even after 2 weeks ever called me back! Not the fastest or the cleanest they're pretty disorganized and they spilled the oil when they put it in and I wasn't very happy with the wait. It took about an hour just to get in there once I was in there they were plenty fast enough but like I said the guy spilled the oil all over my engine that made me upset and he didn't even say sorry or anything which he should have and they didn't do a very good job wiping it off and it dripped off the engine for about 3 or 4 days left the spot where I park this is not a good experience. Someone contacted me and said to call the manager but you can't because the number is always busy this shows how much they really care they don't I'm changing my review to one star after telling me to call the store and then not being able to call them. They broke my sensor and didn't even have the responsibility to call.

Staying in the car was really convenient, and the wait wasn’t too bad. Three stars because they try to upsell you on so much. I had to decline three different things, I just wanted my oil change. One of the items the manager came over to try to sell me on, very annoying. They were also conveniently out of the cheapest oil option.

There were 2 cars ahead of me & I was still there & gone in about 20-25mins. Hella fast for an oil change & fluid top-off. The staff were friendly & jovial, singing songs from someone’s mariachi playlist, which made a fun vibe on a chilly afternoon! Also, there was a coupon online that, for whatever reason, did not get texted to me, but they honored it anyway. Nice.

First they presented me with a price list in Spanish and said sorry it's In Spanish. How convenient that I couldn't read the details. The price showed $120 for Mobil 1 and I know my van takes an extra quart so not sure what they charge per extra quart. They scanned my $25 discount and price was $150. Im guessing they charge extra for the filter. They claim their printer was broke so only gave me a cash register type register that had zero details about what was done. They said they would email the receipt, but that never happened. When you to and call them, the phone is off the hook. They never answer, must get too many complaints to answer. I'm not happy at all. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS BUSINESS MY MONEY AGAIN..

I enjoy the service of the staff but as someone who brings two vehicle to get oil changes done here frequently when due, I had a issue when I wanted to change the oil on one of the old vehicles myself so I can treat the oil with cleaner before emptying it myself but when I went to remove the drain bolt they tightened it so thigh it was striping the bold and yes I was using the correct mm socket it was just put on way to tight so I brought the vehicle back simply just asking if they would loosen the bolt to the correct torque lb for me to remove later and they were not willing to do so unless I pay for the full service. I have never written a review before and I personally feel like this was a simple mistake that could have been resolved but I will take my vehicles to another location for now on.

I only use Take 5 for all of my oil changes and I have visited many locations! While I have never had a negative experience, this one was especially great! Every person working was super upbeat and fun and seemed like they really enjoyed their job! I was in and out so quickly and they didn't push any upselling after I told them that I had the whole shebang the last time I was there!! I would drive out of my way to go back to this location again!

Two things stood out about the service. First, a young man who worked there was a little too inquisitive about my vehicle while standing at my window — asking what year it was and why I bought it. This was person that was not working on vehicle or checking the details about what service was needed. He was friendly, but it felt a bit like fishing for information. He also appeared to receive a verbal reprimand from the manager for having earphones on under his hoodie. Second, I asked if they could reset my service reminder. They initially tried to watch an online video, and then a manager mentioned they couldn’t do it because they had previously tried on another customer’s car and accidentally switched the display from miles to kilometers. I told them no problem, I’d look into it myself. I later watched a short video and was able to reset it easily. None of this was overly negative, but a little less probing and a bit more effort or confidence in their response would have been appreciated. I do plan to return for future oil services.

It was my first time coming here, I came to get an oil change and for starters, it’s awesome because you just pull in and stay in your car as they are servicing it so you get to see what all they are doing in the comfort of staying in your vehicle. Jose and Randall (store and assistant managers) took amazing care of me! They checked a lot of the basic things such as filter, coolant, etc and were honest about what all is good and what needs to be checked on or replaced. I received an apology for “taking longer than they expected” and was shocked because they literally took no time at all! Thank yall so much!
