I wanted to call out that I had a great experience with Crest Collision. I had two experiences with them in the last 3 months, and Im very grateful for the expertise and integrity. 1st, my wife was sideswiped by another driver, and their insurance made it a mess. Lincoln and team were very helpful helping us navigate the mess of getting the car fixed. 2nd, one of my children rear ended a neighborhood car with our golf cart. They originally came to me with an estimate from a 3rd party that seemed insane. I had them take to to Crest Collision and they did a great job sorting out existing damage from old damage and helped us get the damaged fixed that we caused... but they also saved us from fully fixing all problem with the car. Big thank you for the team helping on both sides of the fault counter!!

They really made the whole process easy and smooth from start to finish. I had such a smooth and easy experience working with the collision team at Crest! After my very unique situation with my vehicle, the Crest Services team set me up with Lincoln, from the Collisions Repair Team, and I immediately knew I was in good hands. He noticed from the get-go that my front bumper was crooked when nobody else did. Scheduling was simple and efficient, communication was clear throughout the entire process, and the repairs on my vehicle were done in a very timely manner! I took my vehicle to Crest Collision of Frisco after I had gotten into a wreck. Right off the bat Lincoln explained the entire process to me in simple, easy to understand terms. He was very flexible with scheduling the repair appointment to align with my schedule. Additionally, he understood and acted upon my concern regarding when my car would be finished so I would not have to start paying out of pocket for the rental I was driving once my insurance limit was reached. This is not to say they took longer than they should have for the repair, in fact, they completed the repairs in a very manageable time frame with consistent updates on the progress throughout. The cherry on top of everything was when I went to inspect my vehicle after completion, Lincoln made me aware that Crest Collision can actually handle the rental return directly with Enterprise. That was a pleasant surprise as returning it myself would’ve been a hassle. My car looks amazing as well. Thank you to Lincoln and the crew of techs that worked on my vehicle for doing such an amazing job. I would highly recommend this shop for any vehicle repairs!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Crest Collision has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The original damage occurred while my vehicle was under the care of Crest Cadillac’s service department, and I was left with no choice but to use their own repair facility. The repair work was far below professional standards — filled with paint defects including fish eyes, orange peel, overspray, and sand marks. When I pointed these issues out, instead of properly addressing them, Lincoln asked me to walk around and mark additional defects myself with yellow tape, which I did. I identified at least a dozen areas of concern and left the vehicle to be refinished, only to have it returned in worse condition than before. Despite multiple follow-ups by phone and email, Kevin Kidwell (Director) has ignored every attempt to resolve this matter. The lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable for a dealership-backed repair facility. After taking the vehicle to Avondale Collision in Grapevine, where I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 years, their assessment confirmed that the only proper way to fix Crest’s poor workmanship is to sand the panels down to bare metal and start over. Crest Collision must take responsibility for this substandard work and unprofessional handling of the situation. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and restores the level of quality and integrity that customers expect from the Crest name.

Lincoln and his team were amazing and so professional. Communication was top notch and he made sure we were fully informed through the whole process. The collision repairs were for my dad and he is older so when Lincoln could see he needed to involve us, he did not hesitate and told us exactly what was needed. He helped us work through insurance issues with the insurance company to make sure we got all the repairs and coverage my dad deserved and needed. He and his team worked to meet hard deadlines so my dad would have his car back when his rental ended and even detailed the car. It looks brand new!
