Yeah, I swear all the time I am not going back but unfortunately, it is the closest Kia dealer to me. Unhelpful. Nobody will help fix the GPS on my Niro. Tell me to call customer service or talk to the sales staff. After 5 Kias purchased and leased over the years, this is the last time I go to Car Pros in Huntington Beach. Really unhelpful.

Service department is horrible. Their express service line is trash. It shouldnt exist. Drove to get an oil was told I would be able to get an oil change until Jan 20th. Never had a dealership turn me away for an oil change especially when they offer an express lane. Needs new management.

We love our Kia, but the service department is awful. Made an appointment to get my oil changed the said it would take one hour and 45 minutes. If my car purchase didn't include free oil changes I would get it done in 15 minutes at a better place.

The worst service place ever. The last two time I went there for an oil change I’ve waited over 3 hours for an oil change!! And I never got a call or a message from the front desk, both times I had to call them myself to ask if my car was ready. The guy on the phone today told me that they finished my car 5 mins ago. And by then I have waiting for 3,5 hours for the automated text message that I still haven’t received. Worst service ever !!!

Prepaid for oil changes when the car was purchased. Daughter took the car in and they charged her $89 for an air filter that lists for $11.60 on their website. The very condescending service manager had a nonsensical explanation about labor costs and told me that she should have asked for a coupon discount. Really? Readers can come to their own conclusion.

Complete scam! Went for the recalled sensor, then a month later the battery died so I went to a different Kia service dealer and they said they said the sensor had not been replaced only some wiring, the Glendale Kia replaced the sensor and battery. hB had me take it in then said I needed the recalled sensor which took a month to receive, then went back to get no sensor. Complete waste of time.

Worse customer service from whom supposedly was the service manager. 4 customer arrived with their car for service that had made appointment. And no one was found in their appointments.I was told it would take all morning and that my car will be ready until later that day. So I decide to rent a car and supposdly they called enterprise and I waited 2hrs to be picked up. I had to call enterprise and ask if they were pick me up and was told no one called. So 15 minute after I drove out with the rental I received a text message stating my vehicle was ready it was a waste of money and time. Than the service manager doesn't even tell you what was wrong with your vehicle or any recommendations.

I’ve had my car at this Kia dealer for 5 days and without having anyway to get the dealership without ever being offered a rental, I was not and have not been able to get in contact with anyone at the service department. I’ve left 4 voicemail messages and received a call back on none. The dealership clearly doesn’t have any interest in keeping costumers updated and informed on what is going on with their vehicle. When i finally was able to get through to the service department by calling another department, the service department promised to call and give mr updates on the vehicle and this never occurred. I do not recommend this dealership because you won’t receive the help you’re asking for and even if you do they are going to make it more difficult on top of any other stress your facing with your car.

Worst customer service ever! I took my Telluride to get my sunroof fixed on September 18 and didn’t receive it back till November 14! Almost 2 months later!! I never got an update on my car. Every time I would call service it would go to voicemail and even after leaving voicemails, I wouldn’t hear back from them. I believe we only got a call back ONE time out of those 2 months! I called in the morning let the receptionist know that I wasn’t receiving any updates on my car and that no one was answering my calls on Wednesday November 8, she then told me she was going to let a manager know because she could see on the notes that I’ve been trying to get updates on my car and that I wasn’t getting helped. The entire day passed, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and still no call from a manager. Monday they call that my car is ready for pick up the next day. I go pick up my car, they left it with no gas! I asked them if they could put gas in my car because I dropped it off with gas. They took it to a gas station in the corner and only pumped $15 of gas! I go inside my car and it’s a complete mess! They couldn’t even clean up after themselves, they left all their mess in my car, a random soda can, their dirty finger prints all over the roof. Mind you they were working on the sunroof. Why were the seats from the third row completely down with everything that I had in my trunk and my sons car seat loose? I would understand if they needed the middle seats down “if they needed space “ but why were the seats in the third row down? Also maybe a week later I discovered a piece of trash INSIDE my AC, was able to take it out with tweezers, but it was a piece of paper from a straw. To me it looked like they were probably using my car to drive around! Oh also I had a baby camera in there that cost me $200 and when I received my car, the charger was messed up so now my camera doesn’t work and I can’t see my baby while driving. I’m a single mom of 3, the only rentals they had available were trucks so I got a Tacoma and let me tell you we were so squished and uncomfortable for 2 months! I am so upset and will never be bringing my car here ever again!

Terrible customer service experience, I made an appointment online, and luckily I took a confirmation screenshot because when I arrived my appointment was not in the system. ...but let's start from the beginning. I parked my car and walked into the office, 4 guys were talking, and joking around and I was a ghost, nobody greeted me, and nobody even looked at me. After 20 seconds of waiting for someone to ask me anything everybody left and I was alone in the office!!! Can you imagine? Rude and disrespectful young guys and that was even before one of them told me I had to wait 4 hours because they were busy and my car was not scheduled for that specific day even when I showed him my screenshot. That was my scheduled maintenance after 1 year after purchase. We had 5K miles and because my car was not scheduled in the system, the guy was almost arguing with me that I didn't need to do anything because of that low mileage. I insisted him to check because when I was buying the car, the guy who was selling me the car said my first scheduled maintenance should be after 1 year or 8K miles whatever comes first. ...and when he checked it revealed the oil should be changed and rotated the tires. I guess that was my first and last KIA.

I purchased my Kia here and had a terrible experience. While signing the paperwork I noticed a discrepancy in the negotiated amount and the contract amount (which of course they increased). Called it out and had it corrected. After all was said and done, I had my new car. The next day or two I received texts from the finance person requesting I come back in and re-sign the paperwork because he “spilt coffee” all over the contract. Already not trusting him, I declined. The texts continued and I received texts from the salesperson who I bought the car from. It all felt so slimy and unprofessional. Fast forward, I received a recall letter. I called to schedule an appointment but they only handle recalls M-F 7am-12pm. We work, I cannot leave my car when I need it the most. The receptionist needs to work on her customer service skills. Terrible experience all around and honestly wish I would have purchased elsewhere.

Man these guys get a lot of bad ratings. It's probably deserved. I only come here to get my oil changed and keep coming because I paid for a maintenance plan when I bought my car. At this point I've probably been here about 7 times and every time I feel like I wait longer and longer, even when I make an appointment days in advance. Last time I was here I waited 4 hours with minimal communication as to why it was taking so long. When I finally was fed up and asked what was taking so long I was told that my oil drain plug needed to be replaced because it wasn't fitting properly. This would have been great information to have the moment it happened but nope I was kept in the dark until my patience had diminished. Unless you are like me and forced to come here, because you got the maintenance plan and it's the closest car pros dealer to you, avoid it. Hopefully one day I can take down this review. 1 star for changing my oil and I added another star because they got a new coffee machine.

Me and my dog dropped my 2024 carnival off for an 8000 mile service. I made appointment online for 11 AM. When I arrived to drop the car off, there was very few customers there and I was helped right away. Service advisor asked if I wanted the wash saying that it would have taken two extra hours. I declined the wash. Maybe you can too if you are wanting the fastest turnaround. The advisor estimated a price and that it would be completed in an hour and a half. That seemed reasonable and frankly a bit unbelievable that they would be done in that time. It’s basically just an oil change and fluids plus a visual check so I thought that it was doable in that amount of time. My wife picked me up to take the dog and I to the beach to wait. I received a video of my car via text. That was a nice little feature, except for the fact that the video they sent wasn’t my car. Minor mistake, but I took that video as an attempted communication that my car was ready. We ended up spending a few hours at the beach, which is close, and then headed back to the dealership. When we arrive, my car was in line to be picked up. Again, very few customers there at 2:30 PM. So I was helped promptly. All in all was a good experience. Compared to the last Kia service I went to in the area, this was excellent service. I want to give a five star review but the fumbling of the car video and a final price that was a bit more than the estimate dropped the rating down a star.

Left a 1 star on yelp as well. Beware of returning your lease here. These guys insisted I had to pay for new tires when I turned in my lease. I told them I already paid for the extended wear and tear that covers worn tires. The 'Manager' kept telling me no it only covers bents and scratches. Hes trying to rush me in to pay. I said no let me see me contract. Manager said they don't have it. Once they saw I wasn't paying for the tires and was searching for my Kia agreement, they are gonna 'wave' the tire fees. (Because I wasn't going to let them scam me) After I paid for my return fee I went to the guy helping me and showed him the Kia extended wear and tear contract that covers wore tires. He said " oh that is a new manager and doesn't know. Ya right you were sitting at the table with him as he tired to make me pay $590. Hacks. I've reported this to corporate as well.
