Two stalls were out of order on a bright sunny day after two weeks of snow. When I called the help number, nobody answered. Apparently management doesn't want a lot of business on a day when cars are lined up outside of car washes across the area.

I agree with this other review. It's right next door to me and cheap, but you can count of at least one of the four bays not working. Today, it's the first nice sunny day in a while so people are out who wanna wash their cars (me included). Well what do you know? 2 of the 4 bays aren't working. Talk about missed revenue for the owner. Ah, oh well.

Took our Jeep in to clean off some mud from off roaring, easy $20+ job, and someone working there rudely, F word used, said they just cleaned the stall and we could not use it to clean our Jeep. I guess it’s a car wash for clean cars. There is a super nice place up the road by Costco highly recommended!

The owner is not very nice. She came over and was rude while I was cleaning out the inside of my car. I have spent $20 on the car wash and another $8 in the vacuums that don’t work very well. I will not be spending my money here I suggest you do not spend your money here either. There are plenty of car washes without rude owners.

3rd bay the water pressure was really low and brush really worn with not much soap if any.. Ive been here previously and 4th bay was great. Dont know if it was a bad day or bad stall. $16 to wash my small small car

I don’t recommend. The owner is extremely rude and does not want you to utilize the vacuums too long as it blocks the car wash. Unfortunately the layout of the car wash ports places the vacuums right in front of them. It’s a do it yourself car wash so times may vary for individuals car wash needs. According to the owner, I apparently took too long. The owner was inappropriate, rude, lacks customer service, and made outlandish claims. There are no signs stating a time limit to utilize the vacuums or car wash. “KAREN ALERT”

I love the unlimited car wash package, I can get my car washed as often as I want to for an affordableprice. The only struggle is when this place gets busy, you can't just go to the fast lane because of how the facility is positioned. It's also a struggle for people who use the vacuum when it's busy because of all the cars that are in line for the wash. It's best to get your car cleaned and vacuumed early or closer to closing time. I still love coming here as my vehicle gets a good clean, they have staff that pre-wash the front grill, windshield, back bumper and back window which cleans the areas that don't get cleaned by the machine.

I went the other day and change machine was broke. Now I see the reviews, I had similar problems! You can't control what the credit card is charged. I was not there for long, but didnt really pay attention to my time when I finished. I was charged $15! What a scam, I will not return! Wonder how long the change machine has been "broken".

I wash my car here once a week. It gets busy sometimes but I just come back at a later time. I use coins and i love having the control of how long I use each setting. Love the hot wax to finish the job

Love this place great value and great results. They got a sick vacuum my guy, that you can really work those crumbs out of your seat you know. Then just move right into the washing station. Move at your own pace get the good action with the suddys scrubber. Top it off with a power washer and your whip looks brand new. I spend some time in the parking lot drying down. Pro tip bring a squeegee and a towel to have the cleanest ride around

So expensive; at least 50% more expensive than comparable manual wash places. Even when paying in cash (which normally makes it cheaper). This wash does not have a spot-free rinse, so your car ends up drying with huge water spots. Also there was a putrid odor emitting from the easternmost bay drain.

0 stars. The hose attached to the wand blew while using. Turned off immediately, but Car spa still charged me $10. Don’t even try to call the number available- no answer. Buyer beware, this place is a joke.

Avoid this place. It's the worst car wash EVER. The self wash is really expensive because the timers run out very quickly, but even worse, the equipment isn't maintained at all. The pay machine will also steal your money, and there's absolutely nobody to call to report any issues or demand a refund. The last time I went I found out the pressure washer didn't work after having already put $7 into the machine. Tried another car port afterwards, and my car still looked completely dirty afterwards. Unless you like donating your money to an anonymous thieving owner, DO NOT GO HERE. You've been warned! Update: I went back in Dec for a quick wash, in the hope things have improved. They haven't. In fact, it's gotten even worse. Half the car ports were closed, and the remaining ones should have been blocked off as well. Coin machine took all my quarters without starting the wash cycle. New credit card machine then starting billing my card without there being any water pressure. No refunds. No apologies from the owners. Nothing. This place should be condemned with it's business license revoked, so it can be bulldozed instead. The owners are scam artists, and you'd be better off washing your car with a garden hose then coming here. I will never ever use this place again, and if you're smart, you shouldn't either. AVOID!!!!!!!

Update: on return visits here all has worked well. Still think someone should have called me back but the car wash is acceptable so i change my rating. Went there for a car wash and found out later my credit card was charged for the next two cars despite me hitting stop when I was done. Called the phone number listed and nobody answers and the voice mail has no message. Very disappointing, will dispute the charges on my card. Highly don't recommend.

I was charged $15 for a quick 5-7 minute car wash. I didn't find out until 2 days later when the charge was posted to my account. Ripped me off! Find a cheaper car wash.

coin machine is hit or miss. Finicky with bills, and just recently, I put a 5 in and got 6 quarters back. I could hear them dropping, but they would not come out. Put another dollar in to see if it would force them down as 1.50 isn't enough to get any service and it ate that too. This place has been problematic over the years.

Was at this car wash today 12/31 at 11:30. Used the $5.00 bill changer only received $3.50 back. No phone numbers anywhere to call regarding error. Fix this machine. Would love my money!

My favorite car wash!!! Great location so you can pull out and have plenty of room to park and dry off your vehicle! I've never had to wait to pull in. The meter runs like it should (unlike 92nd and Federal) and I usually spend about $8 if I really put in some attention, $3 for a quick soap up and rinse off!
