To anyone with a sprinter/camper who is languishing at a Mercedes Dealer for service, Long story short. Tricky diagnostic repair needed when a powered cable from battery to alternator came loose & wound around the CV axel. Mercedes fixed the hardware but went on a wild goose chase on the electrical fallout/symptoms. Three Mercedes Dealerships and a 16 months wasted at Mercedes until I found Tyler & Jose who fixed it in 6 weeks. Why so ineffective with Mercedes Dealerships Services? In retrospect I believe, 1st) Dealerships apparently aren’t equipped to work on anything which requires investigative thought or diagnostic work. Just are not trained for it and don’t want to spend time doing it so you’ll not get turned away but you’ll get continuously shuffled to the back of the Que. 2nd) Rarely will you ever get to talk to the technicians. There will be a manager in the middle and in the way of you communicating directly. And that leads Mercedes Dealer Techs to go down long paths that are hopelessly off base which cycles in an endless loop back to #1. Tyler listened intently to the accident description and then went to work like Sherlock Holmes. He was honest, forthright, communicative and managed to diagnose and fix a really hard, unuiqe case in reasonable time and at a fraction of the cost. I’ll take that any day over a shiny MB Dealership and will forever be Sprinter&Benz customer. Philip Meyer

We had a safety issue with our Sprinter. We were able to get an appointment with this shop right away. We brought the Sprinter in and it was repaired that day. A thorough inspection of the other systems was done as well. We had been told by the local Mercedes dealer that we would have to wait months to get our issue fixed. So we had to look for an alternate solution. I'm glad we did. We are really grateful for the guys at this shop! They were helpful, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. I called to make an appointment on Weds for Thurs AM to change the fuel filter in my Sprinter 3500. Got in early, work done quickly and well done! Asked about services such as brakes, tranny, coolant, etc. They do all of them and more for reasonable prices! Tyler and Jose were very pleasant and professional! I will bring our small RV on the sprinter back soon to get other services competed! Thank you!! 2/24/25; Had 100,000 mile maintenance completed: Tranny fluid, brakes, rear diff, and coolant. All well done at a fair price! They even fixed a small leak at the oil fill port at no cost! Stored our RV on the Sprinter inside over the weekend! Called right away when service was completed! These guys were amazing!! Called on Friday and they talked me through my issue to get us through until we could to their shop Monday morning(they squeezed us in and saw us very quickly ) they fixed the Turbo and did an oil change. We can now safely head back home 1,000+miles away. I’m planning to come back here next summer to get our next planned service while we’re in the area. Tyler and Jose were amazing!! Tyler is AWESOME!!! We bought a Sprinter that we knew needed work. Another shop quoted us nearly $10k for the repairs. Tyler did what we needed for just over $3k and also told us what didn't need done and what was coming up. As a woman, finding a mechanic who not only won't try to scam me but who will aso be fully transparent and clear with me 10/10! I have been going there for a few years and have always been happy...until today. I had the oil changed (along with Fuel-Air-Cabin filters) in my Sprinter. What was disappointing was that I was charged $49 for 3 gallons of DEF, I just filled my DEF a week ago. They told me this was standard procedure even if I didn't need any DEF, WT...? They acknowledged all they did was top it off, but I was welcome to come back and have them add some additional DEF later...free; that doesn't make any sense. I will not be back. My bill was $819!

We can't praise Sprinter & Benz Service highly enough. We, a Swiss couple, drive a 2015 Sprinter, with manual transmission clutch. Mercedes Benz of Westminster refused to change the clutch because of zero experience of working on manual clutches. Gladly enouch we found Tyler and Jose. Tyler and Jose are amazing! Took on a dynamic seat project with my S560 (that I’m very particular about) and they stayed with it until it was fixed… Had to wait on a part that never arrived and after 2 1/2 months were still willing to service the vehicle for me and did a fix on it. They returned the car back to me in immaculate condition, as I had delivered it to them. Don’t be afraid to take your Mercedes to these guys, no matter how nice it is, it is in good hands. A lesser shop would’ve told me they couldn’t do the repair and I would’ve been forced to a dealer. I will definitely use them in the future! Thanks guys!
