Roos did an awesome job replacing my windshield on my poor old 2011 Honda Pilot. On time, great price, great communication throughout the process. They came to my house and in a pretty short time had everything done. It was my second windshield and Roos found that the previous replacement was actually not done right, so he fixed the work of the last company too! All around 100% awesome company!

Had to write a review about my experience with Roo's. It was a perfect experience from beginning to end. Received a response to my request for headlight restoration very quickly. Reese came to my house at the scheduled time and all I can say is...WOW! I wasn't expecting much, I just wanted my headlights to be a little better because they were so clouded over. They now look like they did when I bought the car new. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! He charged me less than expected and did a superb job. Plus, he came to the house!

Reese did a great job on my rear passenger side window it’s repaired and all good after being shattered. He came out the day after I called to make an appointment and ran into technical difficulties with stripped screws and manual rolling mechanism failures on my older Toyota Corolla but he took care of everything and made sure the job was done right. Reese replaced the windshield on my 2016 Mini Cooper and did a fabulous job. His attention to detail and care is unsurpassed. The rearview mirror bezel did not want to go back together but Reese took the time and effort to make sure it was properly fastened in place. Used for a very tiny chip repair and during the repair he cracked the windshield even more he offered to fix the crack but it was no longer repairable and needed to be fully replaced he offered $100 off a full windshield replacement which would still leave me to pay $700 for what was supposed to be just a $75 fix so just a heads up if something goes wrong your windshield will not be replaced.

It is a pleasure suggesting Roo's Auto Glass. I needed windshield replacement on a Subaru outback while being about 4 states away from home. My plans changed overnight, but they accomadted. The quality and expertise of the owner was beyond comparison. His genuine care for doing excellent work while being down to earth was refreshing and difficult to find these days. There was a slight hiccup with the install, they offered a full detail, which I may take him up on the offer, but wasn't necessary. Good man, excellent work, private business ,and quality glass. I say need not go much further. BTW, he sure enjoys a good conversation.

Had a broken windshield. He came out and replaced it. The new glass had a tiny crack hidden by the wipers. He could have let it go. But he went and got another windshield and put it in. Roo is all about being honest with his clients. Highly recommended!!
