Excellent repair shop! They fixed my CV axel and an emissions leak in my Jeep for a fraction of the cost other shops would charge and they worked with my car shield warranty to make sure as much of the cost was covered as possible! They are knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process and the manager I worked with, Jeremy, was very helpful and communicative. If you have car shield I highly recommend this shop as they will work with the warranty company and handle the whole process for you. I will definitely be back in the future. If you have any issues at all with your car, go to this location!! I have had the worst luck with mechanics since I can remember, this is the only place that left me feeling safe and I knew I could trust them to get the job done. I recently had to take my car to someone else in a pinch of time who messed up the job, and what did AAMCO do, they fixed the OTHER Mechanics mistakes in the fastest and most honest manner I have ever seen. I left their shop in tears of relief. The man who helped this evening was a god send and this shop deserves every single praise they can get. Thank you AAMCO! For being a shop that does not take advantage of their customers, but rather diagnosis every single problem and takes the time and patience to fix problems correctly the first time around. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

If you need something done in even a reasonable amount of time do not bring your car here. I brought my truck in December 3rd and today on February 15th they still have it. I've gotten it back twice and had to bring it back to the shop because something is always still wrong. Their prices are on the high side and their work and work pace is bottom level. Do not recommend at all.

They said it's a FREE diagnostic but it's not free because they charge me over $700.00 just to check the oil this is a bad company and a SCAM and no honest business, they do tricks just to charge money...I never come back to this SCAM business...

Blown away by the professionalism, kindness, knowledge, honesty, and and overall customer service I experienced at the AAMCO in Brighton. I've been having transmission issues for a while and have been given different diagnoses from other companies, many who just tried to upsell me into additional repairs rather than help me address my problem at hand. Chase was the rep who assisted me. He took a lot of time to listen and understand my situation over the phone, and was able to fit me in right away. They offered a free inspection and was able to give me a very detailed explanation on what they found. There was no selling anything else, and he was very transparent in his recommendations. Their price is fair and it's clear they are a people-first company. I wish I could bring my car here for other services, this is what every company should aspire to be like. Huge thank you to Chase and the team, you guys are absolutely awesome!

Being new to the area, I was SO glad to find Chance and the crew at AAMCO. I have so much peace of mind when I bring my car in. Chance is always really honest about the work that my vehicle needs and the prices are always very fair. He’s accommodating to my schedule, and available anytime I’ve called to ask questions about a light that’s come on or what service we need to prioritize. They recently did my brakes and told me about a few other things that needed to be done, which were then confirmed when I had to bring my car for oil change while traveling, so I felt really comforted by the piece of mind that he was being honest about the work that was needed. There is no better comfort than a good mechanic and I can honestly say I have that with AAMCO. I cannot recommend AAMCO enough.

They have been very helpful with my fleet of Turo vehicles. I have 11 cars I rent and anything I can’t tackle myself, I send it to them and are always honest and knowledgeable. They diagnose problems pretty quickly and accurately so far. They aren’t afraid of questions which is nice because other shops I’ve worked with hand me the keys when I ask the mechanics questions. Glad I found a good shop to work with.

This location is the best hidden secret for a good, wholesome shop! I called Chance and he did nothing but go out of his way to go above and beyond for me. He is genuine, honest, professional and realistic when it comes to cars. I had my transmission and battery replaced and after calling 8 other locations and he was by far the best priced, most available all while willing to problem solve to get me the best deal possible. I would HIGHLY recommend this location, and I won’t go anywhere else for any car issues I have! **UPDATE… not really an “update” just wanted to give ANOTHER example as of why I won’t take my car to any other shop. After Chance replaced my transmission, I took my car into Christian Brothers for an oil change, where they gave me an outrageous quote from… for ADDITIONAL work (that I didn’t ask for, and I previously paid a diagnostic fee). I called Chance and again, was provided with unbeatable customer service. He checked all of the work that was quoted and not only was it literally half the price, he actually discovered that most of the work didn’t need to be done at all. In fact, he found other things they should have caught, and even with those repairs needed- his work was more than half of the cost. Looking at my receipt, he took care of me. I think I have actually cost Chance money taking my car to him and still the service is beyond amazing. Finding a genuine person who isn’t trying to get rich and do a great service is hard to find- I will never take my car to anyone else!!

Purchased a car from Carvana and it had a few transmission and radiator fan issues. I went through my warranty and they directed me to this Aamco shop. Chance and the team absolutely did an amazing job. Their Communication and customer service is top noch. They have gained my trust as a client from now on. We have been going here for years and thought we found an amazing company to work with and a place we could trust. Until, we referred my son to take his jeep there and he has had nothing but problems! They sent him home without the clamps even reattached brings radiator (from taking off the valve cover)he gets home and not only is there coolant everywhere but the oil leak they were suppoused to fix (with our new driveway now permanently stained) is still leaking and bonus we have another one we didn't even have before!! The replaced a pilot bearing in the transmission and now it works worse than before. My husband and I feel horrible for referring him here and we asked Chance and Chuck to refund part of the $2000 he paid so he could take it somewhere else to get it fixed (he's a 18 year old kid working full time and going to college full time)and they offered a $47 refund! They saw an opportunity to take advantage of someone young by not explaining things properly to him and took his money without communicating what was going on with his Jeep. Not to mention keeping his car for 2 weeks tota! Plus you get get a much better warranty than 1 year at most other places! I will never recommend them again.
